Referring to review by Alberto Muniz , All shoes that our sold to store go through numerous of hands and checked before purchased. If anyone at the store is not 100% sure on a shoe it is not purchased no matter what shoe it is, and all shoes exceeding $200 requires proof of purchase from customer (whether receipt or order confirmation) before purchase and all legit checks are treated the same way. I am very confident in the shops sneaker knowledge, and the one of the young high school kid who has been collecting for a couple of months above should be in question because he decided to slander the shops name because a shoe was not purchased from him at the price he wanted. This shops treats everyone as if they wanted to be treated with great prices, great customer service and most important 1000%...

Carlos or “Hooky” gives this shop a bad name. Gave him a few pairs to fix for me and he said he’d have them done in 3 weeks. I heard the “they’ll be done by the end of the week” excuse for 6 MONTHS!! When I finally had to drive to his house, not the shop, to get them, he said he hadnt finished them. 6 months later and money of mine down the drain My shoes were in worse condition than when I dropped them off. If he was the only sneaker “restorer” in the world I wouldn’t take them back here. Highly recommend that you take your business somewhere else for customs or restoration.
