I placed a mobile order at 6:01pm. I drove to the store and waited near the counter for my order to be called. My order wasn’t ready until 6:22. It took them over 20 minutes to prepare a bacon quarter pounder, large fries, a coke and a cookie.
The whole time I was waiting I watched the 2 employees who were the ones bagging up the items in the orders and calling them out. They continually were pacing around and very inefficient, like they were not trained very well. I could see my orders receipt and bag behind the counter. The one of the two employees put my burger and fries in the bag, got my soda and then walked off pacing around again looking confused, came back and was doing drink refills for another customer instead of finishing putting my order together. It took the second employee to finish serving two other orders up before he noticed my almost complete order waiting. He grabbed the cookie it was missing and finally handed it to me.
After finally getting my order I go to sit down and all the tables are dirty. My bacon quarter pounder was not hot. The fries were barely warm. Half the ice was melted in drink. If the first employee had either completed the order or wait to start it until he knew he could finish it I’m sure the food would have been much better since it would have been sitting in a warmer and not a bag for 10 minutes.
This McDonalds has a play place and there are a lot of children here. Unfortunately several parents were allowing their children to run around and play in the lobby/pick up area instead of the play place. One kid ran into the woman waiting next to me right after she grabbed her food, the bag and soda went flying. No apologies from the kid or their parents, and the employees just watched acting like they didn’t see anything instead of reminding parents to keep the play in the play place part. They did not acknowledge the woman at all or offer to replace her food. She had to ask and they argued with her before agreeing to replace it.
I understand a McDonald with a play place will be more rowdy and messy than most other places but the employees are inattentive, inefficient and seemingly poorly trained or equipped to be doing their jobs.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and it will be the last. Every time I’ve come here they are slow both in the lobby and in the drive through and I’ve never had any of my orders taste fresh even when I eat in the restaurant literally seconds after they hand me the food.
Overall this store seems very poorly managed. Employees seem poorly trained and supervised. The managers seemingly have no care to enforce their own playplace policies and even less care to keep the...
Read moreI visited this restaurant and had a bad experience with the Store manager Rigo. I made my order on the mobile app. I was at the window ready to process my order when the lady at the register informed me that my credit card did not go through. Then I remember that my credit card had expired and that time I try to paid with another card but I didn't have my wallet with me. Then I try to make a payment with my phone but I didn't how to use it. The lady at the window was trying to help me when Rigon approached her and said "we don't have time to help with this " I was so upset the way he handled the situation and the way he talked to his employee that I asked him for his name. So I pull to the parking space design for mobile order when I see Rigo at my door upset about what happened. I did le him know my concern about how he handled the situation but he didn't like that. So I went back inside the store to pay for my order and I asked him for the Store manager name and he said that he was then I asked him how long has he been working there ? That was it he went off. Then he said he had a problem with me because I was park at the mobile pick up area. He was upset because I was recording the situation. At time he threatened me that he was going to call the police if I didn't move my truck, which he did. The police was there and I explained the situation to the officer which he said that Rigo had the right to remove me from the property. So at the end I try to paid for my order with a different employee and I just couldn't get my phone to work. He said that I was holding up is line and ended up giving me the food for free. I have never been so embarrassed in my life I will never purchased anything from McDonald's again. I always go to chick file and never had any issues like this. Read moreI actually was a big fan until the other day I didn’t get the young women’s names nor did I keep my receipt, so I’m In The drive through the cashier was very delightful I pay then the wait was about 5 minutes, I then received my food and my fries were cold weren’t warm at all, I politely asked if I could have fresh fries the lady handing me my food didn’t speak English so she got assistance cool,I asked can I get my fries fresh for both orders then the young lady tried correcting me telling me they’re hot I informed her that they weren’t I need my finger tips to be sensitive to the heat on my fries that’s what I mean by fresh, so she says they are hot then takes one bag frustrated with me not grabbing the other returns with the fresh ones then gets mad when I tell her it’s for both orders then tells me the other bag is hot so I stuck my hands into the carton where the fries were and said if I can touch these fries and not flinch they’re not hot so she gets the bag throws it behind her on the counter then comes with fresh hot ones for the other order, she not they weren’t customers friendly at all and were frustrated at the fact that I had asked for my food how I liked it so December 27 2023 was my last day going to this location to short me on my fries aaand to tell me that the fries were hot and they clearly wasn’t is crazy to me I’m tell everyone about this so that they will be aware of what kind of service they’re...
