Absolutely horrible service and only tried it once. They completely lost our order from the drive through being the second car. Then charged us for someone elseās order which was triple our charge. Then when we tried to ask the lady at the window what was going on this isnāt the cost of our order she just shut the window on us. Then when she opens it she gives us change for the amount of triple amount charge not the amount we were owed. When we tried to explain the basic math of this cause she wasnāt understanding she calls her manager over to tell us to stop raising our voice when all we were doing was asking whatās going on. The manager clearly didnāt know how to handle to situation cause all she could say was stop raising your voice when no one was. Which resulted in not feeling heard or even felt like she wanted to figure out the problem. Not once did this manager say what is the problem letās try to fix it, she only knew out to say stop raising your voice. Which makes me assume she knew they messed up and just didnāt want to admit it. All we wanting was someone to talk to us, we know mistakes happen and werenāt even mad about it. What we did not like was being ignored and no communication to fix it at all. So disappointed and someone needs to really reevaluate this person in management who does not know what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. I'm here every morning and this morning crew is amazing! To the one's who say that they are slow and it shouldn't take that long....USE THE APP! And give them time to actually make the drinks. These baristas are human and to rush them, means that they may make mistakes and that it won't be exactly made the way you would like in order to taste the way it should. I used to be one of those people who complained about them all the time until I got to know them and spent time inside to do my school work. Yall have no idea what they truly go through. When I started treating them with kindness, respect and compassion, my experience here has been amazing! This crew love what they do and it shows! Dealing with the public on a daily basis is hard and people are ungrateful and rude and take their personal problems out on others, so if you get consistent bad service here, take a look at your attitude and how you treat them.

I waited in the store 10 minutes to have someone take my order, THERE WASNT EVEN ANYONE IN LINE IN FRONT OF ME. Both baristas told me to wait while they did a one person task together. Once I finally ordered it took another 35 minutes to get my ONE drink and cake pop. I ordered a cold brew, a drink thatās on tap and basically already made. I had to ask if my order had been lost⦠they just didnāt make it. The baristas were unfriendly and rude when I asked about the wait time on my drink. Considering I had been waiting 35mins, with two kids, for an item I paid for, l should have been the one allowed to have a bad attitude instead.
All customers that came in during that time for mobile orders also had to wait bc their orders had not been made. The manager approached me after I left to give me a gift card for waiting so long. He said something about his staff not being able to figure out how to get it together. Seemed like they just need a manager to manage. Iāve literally had shorter wait...
