(2024) I asked 4 out of 8 of my tacos with no lettuce. When I got home, I saw all my tacos with no lettuce. What's so difficult about putting lettuce on only 4 tacos. Then, the cashier STOLE $1 that I gave him for the ranch I paid for. He pockets the money. (Night Hispanic man/boy) Be careful, and always get your receipt & check your food before you drive off.

(2019) Review** {2021 Review- scroll down} I like this place except when black kids, specially black high school girls come in being loud and ghetto. I was eating while these little girls sat in the table next to me being extremely loud and even making videos dancing and twerking for a video while I was eating. They didn't order food the whole time they were being there. The staff needs to be strict about these kids, they're all out of control acting rude and ghetto, have no sense of respect tours other's personal space and privacy. Like, who raises these kids??? I am definitely not coming to this place again.

(9/4/2021 approximately at 1pm - Review** Young latina female taking orders at drive through, needs to get her attitude right. She's there to take orders and provide good customer service. Customers are not at fault that she doesn't like her job and it shows by her biggest ugly, salty, bitter attitude. That's a work place leave the stinky attitude at home!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! BAD SERVICE!!!THEY WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT! I was so mad - I had the munchies and visited the closest JITB near my job. I went through the drive thru and said I wanted twelve (12) tacos. JITB has the 2 tacos for $1.49 deal. The drive thru lady was of course rude. Handed me the bag and closed the window. No type of customer acknowledgement. I drive 8 miles to the house, open the bag - what do I find??? Six (6) tacos! Okay, so the lady obviously can't count. I call their number, and no one answered. I call back to back, and no one answers. I am now upset, so I drive back the 8 miles, calling along the way. As I am then less than half a mile from the facility, someone picks up! I explain my issue, they state they'll give me 12 tacos. I come in, everyone is rude. I show them the receipt, and they ask if I'm sure I didn't get 12 tacos. Now, I guess they are accusing me of lying! Nevertheless, when I ask for the manager, the guy freezes, and says he's not there. To make matters worse, I log a call with JITB corporate, and haven't heard...

I had placed an order in the mobile at 7:48. My order was done at 7:52. In the short 3 minutes drive from my previous location to this jack in the box, they had given out my order to the wrong person. They had made up a bunch of excuses why I couldn’t receive my food. I didn’t want a refund or anything and was considerate of them trying to figure the situation out. But overall the staff was very rude to me and just didn’t respect my time. I had just came out of a long 11 hour shift from work and they first thing that happens to me is I’m being treated like a thief and I just want my food that I had fully paid for myself. Overall my feedback is that this specific location needs better training from the cashier, all the way to their manager on duty, because never once have I had an experience as bad as this. I would just like to receive a refund and get past all of this. I’m definitely not coming back to this location and I’m making it known on all platforms I have available to me, so others don’t have to got through the same...
