I love how fast my food is ready for pick up. I work right around the corner so this is my go to before my shift. Everything I order is wonderful and made just the way I like it! I asked to try the tuna and it was really good so later in the day when my coworker ordered I got a tuna sub to take home that night, sadly their were soooooo many onions that I couldn’t finish half my sub. Which was sad because the tuna is so tasty. I just can’t with the excessive onions. Like I saw no celery but mad onions for some reason. So sad to say I trashed 3/4 of a really good sandwich but if you decide to vista this location just know… the staff is very friendly and your online orders are made...

Hair was is my sandwich....so gross! I ordered a sandwich to be delivered, which is something I’ve done at least twice a month for the last 2 years. I found a piece of hair in my sandwich and submitted a complaint on the website. Someone from corporate responded and said I should have contacted the store directly. I got the feeling that they didn’t want the hassle of being informed of such things. Well excuse me for believing that corporate needed to know about this. Worst Experience ever! We tried to order 9 subs. Staff was rude on phone, to the point where we switched from delivery to pickup because of concerns with food handling. I made it just in time to watch them literally throwing the subs together as I walked into the door. We where staying across street in Hampton Inn across street. I had asked for sides of vinaigrette, which they refused to do after me finally offering a 10 DOLLAR PER SUB CHARGE! No kidding! Ridiculous....Once I got back to hotel, they had shorted us a sub. We go to Jimmy Johns all the time, never had a problem with any of this before. STAY AWAY from this...
