Absolutely adorable! Prince Tea House in Metairie is a total gem. From the moment we walked in, we were charmed by the clean, elegant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing afternoon or a special get-together. The interior is thoughtfully decorated and gives off such a sweet, whimsical vibe.

The wait staff was attentive and kind, happy to offer recommendations and take plenty of photos. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests.

As for the food? Fantastic! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The desserts were especially impressive, light, delicious, and just the right amount of indulgent. And of course, the tea menu is incredible! There were so many unique options and everything tasted delicious.

First things first this place is absolutely excellent! The afternoon service for two had enough for both people to have their fill like a full course meal. My daughter and I tried the English Milk Tea and Passion Fruit Tea in our service for today. Both teas were absolutely excellent. The fruit tea is the perfect blend of passion fruit, peach and mango that caters to your taste buds while the English Milk toffee tea pleases the soul for coffee drinkers like myself. There is an assortment of beautiful choices that don’t miss for the three tier service tray including ideas for sweet and savory lovers. We are already speaking with our waiter for the next visit. For a regular lunch date Ethan has been spectacular and Eileen (one of the owners) checked on us which was so thoughtful. We couldn’t ask for better! This place is WONDERFUL! Our server Ethan, is the absolute sweetest and attentive . Miss Aileen is running a wonderful establishment and Miss Wendy had made pastries so good I absolutely felt like I was in heaven biting into it. My mom and I had the afternoon tea for two with her having English milk toffee tea and I had the prince paradise fruit tea. Yall, it doesn’t even taste like tea! If you’re a coffee lover, you would ADORE the toffee tea and the fruit tea tastes like a fruity juice, even without sugar added! With the pastries, it was a match made in heaven.
