THE WORST! EVER! I WOULD GIVE -5 STARTS IF POSSIBLE. Staff was not well trained, people behind counter moved s l o w, with the exception of the 2 who appeared to be more aware and trained. Our order was taken, and they have screens that show order numbers in the queue so you can see it move up on the list to be prepared. Many people waiting. A few people went to the counter asking for a refund cause they couldn't wait any longer. When an order is ready, they call out your order number. Several times, nobody claimed it... they must have left. And to our surprise, our order number was dropped from their screen... and they were calling out order numbers after our number. Going to the counter I found a person who was somewhat in charge and she took my order to go back ad get it made. I learned that a several other orders had also been deleted as I stood there. The Supervisor/manager was bagging orders and loudly telling her workers what she needed, based on the orders on her screen. She was aware of the delay problem and shouted out to the slow ones... something along the lines of ... Come On People, people our getting mad. My order when filled, was wrong. I
It took 37 Mins to get our food! And that is after the wait to place our order.

Sit there and back the drive through up because they mess the orders up all the time.They have left food out my bag 3 times in the past year. This McDonald's has gone down hill fast. Very sorry management here. Can walk in here and tell how nasty it is now. Used to stop here on my way to Savannah but never again. Told one of the managers they left food out my order and thought she would give it to me or at least apologize but instead she was very rude about it and acted like I was trying to steal the chicken nuggets. She could not even read the receipt right that I showed her for what I purchased. She said I should have called about it. I tried that last time they did that and they told me to come back and get it from miles away then still did not give it to me when I returned. Said no one made a note about it. I make more money in a day than they make in a month. I'm honest and don't steal. If they do a 100 people a day like this then that can be easy over $10,000 a month there stealing from customers. Most of the customers here are traveling on I16 interstate like me and way down the interstate before they realize they messed...
Read moreHorrible service! I came through the drive through for a simple Frappe. I paid at the window. Then the man at the window asked me for my card back. I asked why, and he said he would give it right back. I assumed he charged me incorrectly. He then asked me to pull up, so I complied. Then he brought my card out with the receipt and ran back inside without saying a word. So I waited a couple of minutes, thinking he wanted to get my card back to me quickly and he would still be bringing my Frappe... nothing. Then I went inside and asked where my order was, and the cashier told me that they refunded my money because the Frappe machine was down. Why not just tell me that the machine was down? I would have ordered a plain coffee. There was no communication whatsoever. How hard is it to tell a customer you are out of something and recommend a substitute? Why would you allow me to order something you don’t have, charge me for it, ask for my card back to refund it without telling me why you need my card when I ask, and then run my card out to me as run back inside as fast as possible without COMMUNICATING like a grown adult what the situation is?!
