Burger King — Restaurant in Metter

I was headed to Atlanta a few weeks ago and got hungry so I decided to go eat at Burger King. Their restaurant was very neat. And the cashier that waited on me was very sweet. If I can recall right her name was Elizabeth. She read the order back to me to make sure it was right and also came out and asked if everything was alright. Also asked if I need anything else just to let her know. She smiled the whole time and had a great personality. Such young people today don't show that much interest in their work. Well this young woman sure took her job very seriously and made sure my order was right. THANK YOU ELIZABETH!! Absolutely bad. Yes they were busy. Don't mind waiting. After everyone got their order even the 3 after me. I still waited and waited and waited. So I went up to counter to get my money back. Cashier asked if I had ordered yet. I said yes and wanted my money back. He asked to see my ticket I said sure but I wanted my money back. 3 orders after mine were filled. He told manager and she asked him what was wrong and he said he didn't know. She asked me and I told her and said keep the money I didn't care and walked out. Pitiful. Just pitiful. im beyond fed up with this place. there are about 30 hornets inside just sitting on the windows. no one is doing anything about it and carrying on like bugs inside a restaurant are normal. me, not wanting to get stung, i freak out and one of the workers say “are you scared of horseflies” sis that is not no damn horsefly so i reassured her they were hornets and her response is “oh”. on top of that there is no ketchup in the entire establishment, they got the burger wrong and gave us no fries to the...
