McDonald's — Restaurant in Mexia

They act like they are doing you a favor. If you ask for more than 2 packets of ketchup they loose their minds.

If you want a limited time item...they are sold out or it's in the freezer.

Poor attitudes, and if you're not fast enough, they will let you know.

I've seen them with special needs people of all ages and disabilities and they rush and confuse them all the time.

Pretty sad, and they make no ADA accommodations for the disabled, which is against Federal law.

Just makes me sick.

I spoke to Mgr and assistants and term leaders and they pass the buck or make lame excuses.

We along with many other families had to quite going there.

We either don't do MDs any longer or go elsewhere to another location ever so often.

If you're old, slow, or disabled...save yourself a trip.....

If you can't stand poor attitude or poor service, and folks that leave out fries, burgers or nuggets or make you beg for sauce even when you are paying for it. This is not the place for us or you.

I bet in the last 2 years I've heard over 200 people complain about this location... And we came to know former employees and they said we were lucky to get what we got.

They.MD thinks we're in New Jersey or NYC or Chicago and part of the Mob....the way they treat customers and employees worse.

I have no idea how they stay open.

Honestly the worst McDonald's in the surrounding area! The staff does not care about you or your food and I get it. I myself have worked fast food and most days you want to get your check and go home but it's getting ridiculous! The past 4 or so times I've been there I've had items missing and or not even put onto the receipt. While in the drive-thru today i placed an order and while there they changed the order about 3 or 4 times I couldn't even look at it before it was already off the screen. First I was missing a drink and when I asked for it the kid at the window proceeded to argue with me when all I asked for was a drink. After being asked to move down so someone could bring it out to me I got my food and a fry was missing. THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE A CHORE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. Foods not always the freshest and they always seem to forget something in my order. Never have they ever given me an extra item and it's always them forgetting something. Obviously I would not be complaining if they added an item in my bag but it never fails each and every time that they forget to give be me all my stuff. I can forgive them if it's once every blue moon and the fact it's mostly under paid workers but c'mon it's almost everytime I go that they do this. I always have to check my food before I pull away from the window because they can't seem to take their time to check to see if everything is in the bag.
