Was looking forward to the experience after traveling 17 plus hours with 7 other members of my family. After being informed that each pair will get 15 minutes air time and free photos/video on a SD card my 5 family members and I were ecstatic about our decision to go with this company. Unfortunately not everyone in our group received the allotted time of 15 minutes and the last pair to go didn't get recorded at all upon viewing the footage on the SD card later that evening. They were shorted the memory of a lifetime that they can't even share with their loved ones that wasn't there. The experience was terrible everyone in my party Which was a total of 6 people only received 8-9 minutes in the air and was supposed to get 15 minutes. Duke also said we would get pictures mine was not on card cause they didn't start the camera that ((I had to hold on to while in the air)) my Opinion that takes away from the experience ... When I contacted them about my video not being there they try to blame us And then said there was nothing they could do about it... so if you would like pictures of your memories don't go with them I have seen other company's with a actual photograph on the boat and then you won't get 15 minutes in the air!!! But he did take a photo with use from my phone... the only picture I have...

People travel from afar to create memories. I came over 17 hrs via car to do just that. Parasailing was an activity my family and I chose and was enthused to use this company as they offered affordable pricing and a SD card with video and pictures for those memories. Well when viewing my SD I noticed My family not only received the allotted time hence giving us shorter rides and not everyone received video footage and/or pictures. When these things were brought to Dukes attention. He offered no compensation. No coupon or discount and had no concern for our dissatisfaction. He blatantly said oh well.
