I had a great time with the staff at the jet skis however they false advertise that their jet skis are brand new, (they’re not) and they failed to return my $150 deposit. I have been contacting them for 5 days and they have not responded. The jet skis were fun but you can have a way better experience when the owners conduct proper business with their clients. I travel to Miami often and I loved the staff but I will never book with them again for their lack of professionalism in returning my $150.

I TRAVEL VERY OFTEN AND AM VERY WELL KNOWN IN MY STATE. I AM RECOMMENDING NO ONE THAT I KNOW TO TRUST THESE PEOPLE WHEN MAKING ANY CASH OR P2P TRANSACTIONS.

Andy and Oliver were not only rude but also sarcastic and unprofessional throughout the entire process of renting a boat. When we had questions about the rental terms, he responded with snide comments and made us feel unwelcome.

The situation escalated when he threatened my wife, which was completely unacceptable and alarming. This kind of behavior is intolerable, especially in a customer service-oriented business. Additionally, they held onto our refundable deposit unnecessarily, even though we returned the boat in perfect condition and followed all the rules. This added an extra layer of frustration to an already negative experience.

My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our time together on the Jet Skis!! We did have to complete a boat education course prior to riding as this is a Florida stare law requirement, but it was totally worth it. And not only that, the customer service representative, Oliver, was very helpful with servicing us and explained exactly what we needed to do to complete the course. It took us about 30mins to complete the course and when we came back he gave us an amazing deal to ride a jet ski for a whole hour! The normal charge to ride a jet ski for an hour is $165.
