This location has the worst customer service. I placed an order online… I noticed I had a typo in my Phone number so I quickly tried calling to correct it so there was no confusion with the delivery. Now they have this call center answering the phone …hella annoying! I was told the driver was given the correct number when I called. 2 hours later I never received my order. So I drive to the store, asked for the manager. She laughs and then slowly approaches the counter as if she knew there was a mess up already. I explained the situation and show my receipts. She said she gave the driver my correct info…She calls the driver , and he says that he delivered my Order.why would I be here if I got my order? Mind you the manager never apologized for the mix up or the delay in my Order. She tells me that I would have to pay all over again if I wanted to not pay the online prices versus the pick up price. So now I’ve paid online fees plus a tip but I had to come to the store. She said she could not refund me my money at all. Even if that the case, she still didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience. The manager didn’t offer any incentives or anything. She had a smirk on her face the entire time. She then tells the driver after he lied and told her that he delivered it to me, to bring the food back to the store. So now I’m standing in the store making sure they make fresh food and not give me 2 hour old food. I will never order from here again. The service is always bad. Read moreMy order was attempted to be delivered to me in two separate boxes..delivery driver stated that Hilary split the pizza due to being out of the boxes for the Brooklyn style pizza. Upon letting the driver know that the pizza was sloppy and all over the box and that I did not want to except it that way and someone could have called to inform me of that prior. And he stated that he can not help or take the pizza back because he has other deliveries.. I asked him to call his manager at the store. He called the store associate that he spoke with said tbey could cancel the order. I informed them I did not want to cancel the order but wanted a full pizza in one box.. Again I was told that they cant do that because they do not have an xtra large box and that the Brooklyn only comes xtra large.. (although it comes 14" and 16" ) per your site asking me to upgrade.. The delivery guy walked off, and would not give me his name.. I would like to speak to the manager of the store regarding this situation and I am contacting the corporate office..for this terrible service and rudeness and complete inconsideration for the customer. I was not told if I would get my money back or my order. I had to call them...to find out that Hilary the manger had cancelled the order.. I am currently on the phone...
Read moreI had first called to order a pizza and I was on hold for like 20 minutes so then I ordered it online and the thing was down so I went back and I went back online and it didn't work so I went to call the place again I ordered the pizza it took maybe 45 minutes to get here and it looked like the guy was stopped at the house inside the house and then he said that I didn't order a 2 liter pint of Coca-Cola but I did because I paid extra for my total was $43.79 and I gave $50 which is extra and I didn't get the soda brought with the food he said I didn't order it so I then called the place and they said I didn't order it but that he could happily bring it for me cause I pay for it with the extra money I gave then I called the place at 5:00 and the food got here at 4:50 I then called again at 5:50 because the drink was still not here and she said we are not able to do that because a boy answered the first time and said yes we could have really do that and the girls said no because that's wasting mileage that he's not getting paid for and then she said we could still do it but we can't do it next time we'll make an exception this time and she said that at 5:50 now I'm calling at 8:30 and I'm getting left on hold and still haven't receive Coke that I paid...
