I placed a mobile order online and drove to the Dunkin’ Donuts to pick it up. When I got there to drive-through was long about seven cars in line. I decided to go inside the restaurant to pick up my order. I was the only customer in the entire store. When I got there waiting patiently to pick up my motor order by the mobile order pick up. I stood there for about 20 minutes no one addressed me or asked me what I was in the store for no one said hello or can I help you. Another customer came in the store behind me and place his order at the register. His order was ready within five minutes. The staff proceeded to hand him his coffee around me. And still not address me at all. When I finally knocked over one of the stands in the restaurant then they proceeded to realize I was actually human. When I asked about my order the crew member said to me I was supposed to come through the drive-through. I told him had they addressed me when I walked in the store and asked what I was here for they would have known that I was not in the drive-through and I came to pick up my order in person. That staff is rude and very unprofessional they knew I was there the whole entire time and still ignored me in my existence. Had I not knock anything down they would have left me standing there 30 minutes or more looking crazy waiting for something that was never going to come. Must I advise that I am a African-American female and the whole entire staff was Hispanic. Sorry to say reasons like this is why I have no remorse. I’m so tired of going into this Dunkin’ Donuts and being ignored or disrespected. Must I advise that there was items in my bag that were missing when they hand me my order. The woman in the register the few times I go inside ignores that I am standing in the line . 2 guest come inside and the woman asked if I am in line I said yes I am waiting to get helped for the past few minutes. Once I got to the register I place my order she walks away makes the coffee to the woman behind me and hands it to her and then she comes back to me to charge me. I guess she is a regular. When I go wait for the bagel she comes to the guest she was talking too while I was in the line to her her with a bracelet. This woman said it out loud I HATE RUDE people. I felt like telling her I hate bad customer service. I am an older woman I have been working with customer service since I was 16 hrs old. I treat ALL the guest with respect and the same no matter what color or race. I will definitely not be going back there again. I would like to know the number of that corporate. Read moreThe only bad thing is that they have signs up outside for things that they don't even carry so you're sitting there looking at pictures of certain donuts and drinks and when you ask them for it they don't have it so that part is really wack but what I did order the coffee was great the donuts were great the drinks are great the croissant thing with the chicken and cheese was mediocre at best... UPDATE ...ok on going back there a few more times (5+). let me say when u go through the drive thru there is this smell that hits you . coffee..food. baked goods and a chemical smell . like a cleaner.good they clean . now ive ordered prepared food there every single time and i kid you not, the food tastes like the cleaner. Not the doughnuts, not the coffee. but any food that they have to prepare.
