Wendy's — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

Horrible place if I could give it a -5 stars it still wouldn't be justice. This Wendy's doesn't deserve the name Wendy's disgusting Manager on staff couldn't believe the way she manages this place. Flies are flying all over the restaurant the only one person in the front taking orders and preparing orders. No one else acknowledges the front needs help. I wish I was the customer in this situation but I am not as I was delivering for UberEats so I dont have a direct number or email to further my complaint. If the corporation Wendy's would even allow to have this location carry their name. As for Uber/UberEats please acknowledge this review because you will lose drivers just based on the one location. There's no way this place should be allowed to prepare food for Uber actually any delivery company disgraceful. Also the wait to pick up the order 45minutes-1 hour because they start preparing the order when the driver shows up and still have to wait in line. So sad because Wendy's is really great this place is...

This place I won't say never, but I don't wish to go back there. I went to get a sandwich I guess the place was just open, the lady just came to me and said "hold on by the way what you want to order?" So firmly. No good morning, no smiling etc...! And I waited almost 15mns for my sandwich to be made when I was the only one inside as a customer. I asked her for a sandwich and she charged me for a combo, when I told her I just want the sandwich, she said that order only come as a combo when the board said otherwise. I said to her I don't want a soda, I will get another juice she charged me for it again. At the end, I ended up throwing everything in the trash. Because the drink taste nasty and there was small little black things floating all over inside the drink and I asked for no tomatoes and there was one slice inside.NO CUSTOMER...

I wish there was no star option! The service at this place its awful; from the drive through to the front. The guy in the front whom seems to be some type of manager has a very disrespectful attitude towards clients. I asked for buffalo sauce not knowing they only have some called “ghost pepper ranch”, so he said they only had that one. I didn’t understand so I asked for a regular one, so he took out a regular ranch sauce; so I say no mean a buffalo. So apparently he got mad and replied showing me his fingers this is the third time in a very diminishing attitude. I told him there was no need for an attitude to which he said I was the one with the problem. Also the drive through; a thank you or you’re welcome won’t hurt...
