Martha, the lady at the cash register today is ruthless and mean. After ai paid my bill, I noticed that the price was higher for one of my items than the price said at the front. She didn’t want to give me a refund for charging extra. The other nice employees checked and saw I was right. She kept ignoring me on the refund so the employees offered to give me an extra fish croquetta. And they said "sorry about that”. And she said "Sorry for what? I charged what the computer said.” And I said “excuse me but it’s not my fault your pricess are wrong if you care so much then go change the price. Do your job I don’t work for you.” I didn’t come here today to pay and to be treated with such disrespect in front of everyone. This is where I like to come in the neighborhood with my friends and now I just feel attacked by this ruthless lady. The Graham Companies then hired a management company to take the restaurant over and it went down hill. The curtains that used to be on the windows gave it a French sidewalk cafe. They were removed and now only the name (which is missing in some areas of the print outside) and the French flag remain. The cuisine used to be ALL French and there was a wider selection; now the French selection has been partially cut and replaced with guava pastries, meat empanadas, and croquetas. If I wanted Hispanic food (which I eat occasionally if I want it) I'll go to that type of restaurant and not expect to see French, German, or Czech food there. I am watching the end of a good...

One major complaint I have is that the place is so disorganized. I was waiting in line to order my food but people who have never been there before wouldn’t know where to stand or go. Nevertheless, they all had their order taken before I did and I was in the right spot! I was making the line!
They need a huge sign in many languages explaining where to order and place some arrows around because it isn’t fair. Of course they explained to those customers what they had to do for next time BUT what about me????? I do it correctly and get ignored?
