I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mr. Lee’s Chinese Food. When placing my order, I made it very clear to the woman taking my order that I have a severe seafood allergy and specifically asked for no shrimp. Despite this, when I got home and opened the food, it was full of shrimp. When I called to complain, their response was shockingly careless — they simply said, “We’re too busy,” and told me I would have to return the food in order to get a refund. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. My husband, who has the allergy, could have died if we hadn’t caught it in time. We will never eat here again, and I would strongly caution anyone with food allergies to avoid this place. Their disregard for customer safety is absolutely appalling.

First time visiting and ordered C.30 lunch boneless BBQ ribs and pork fried rice with egg roll. Since I am from New York it’s hard to find good New York Style Chinese food. Most of the places like China One and Panda Express are commercial and the cooks are from Vietnam and Hong Kong. I highly recommend this place for great Chinese food the only issue they don’t have location and I live in Miramar west of 75. I just so happen to be passing by read the great reviews online and wanted to add my review as well.

I had the shrimp in lobster sauce with fried rice, and 2 sides of mixed wonton soup. When I first tried the soup, I immediately became nauseous, but after eating the fried noodle sticks, the feeling went away. The rice was decent. The customer service was quick, efficient & friendly.

Amazing New York style Chinese takeout! I love Mr. Lee’s, I’ve been coming here for over 13 years regularly and it’s still my favorite Chinese food place, bar none. I personally highly recommended the Boneless Spare Ribs and General Tao’s Chicken combos, Lunch or Dinner), they are my personal favorites and definitely their Pork Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, and Wanton Soup.

As for the vibe: It’s a small shop with a family owned/hole-in-the-wall feel, but not in a sketchy “I don’t feel safe in this neighborhood” kind of way. The key thing is the food. The staff is absolutely not the most talkative, especially since his daughters going through their Mean Girl’s phase, but it’s no Soup Nazi. They are respectfully and attentive just in a speedy way which some people dislike. You’re mostly going to just be left with Mr. Lee’s broken English and frantic multitasking. Nonetheless, I don’t hold anything against them, it’s takeout not a sit down restaurant. I can’t say it enough I love Mr. Lee’s food and that what’s most...

There customer service is horrendous! I will never order from here again! I do not recommend eating here at all, they forced me to by food I didn’t want.

I ordered Honney chicken wings with Pork Fried Rice. And the lady at the front added Egg roll and Soup that I don’t want. I asked her to take the egg roll and soup of and she refused, and if she did I couldn’t have the honey chicken, unless it was the 8 piece single meal. Now I would have to pay for the 8 piece meal and A separate palter of rice which would have been double of what I paid already. After that she offered to take the egg roll out and allow a drink. I said “I rather the egg roll and take the soup for the drink”. She said “No cause the soup is too cheap” then flicked her hand at me and continued to help the next person.

Most...
