Read moreGate 20 Versalles 9:00 -9:30 am sept 25th 2023 As I usually do every other week before taking off on my business trips, I passed by and ordered : media noche, cortadito, water, and a empanada. A very kind lady took my order and told the cashier as their process is. On my turn to the cashier I also repeated my order,. While wating for my coffee, the cashier said she didn’t charge me for the coffee with a loud and challenging voice, pretending I was stealing a coffee. I didn’t see the receipt and I rechecked it. True she didn’t charged it. But the lady emphasized she mentioned and she became louder and rude throwing my empanada on top of the counter. I told her , well you should pay more attention to your job as we both told you the order. That was a dinamite for the cashier who started telling me in front of all the customers She even denied to give me my sandwich and told the older lady to give it to me because she got enough of me. The lady in the coffee maker gave me my coffee and I sat in from of the Versailles to write this note. That lady shouldn’t be facing customers. She got to be in charge of taking the garbage out. May be she can lear a lesson Thanks God my peace is greater that her attitude Managers, you got to keep Versailles history and its name up Please God keep blessing you...
Read moreI NEVER leave a review but what happened yesterday 2/19/2024 really upset me and wouldn't want someone to go through the same thing. I ordered an iced coffee con leche and a steak sandwich while I waited for my flight around 4:00 PM. I could sense the lady behind the counter being annoyed from the get-go, I payed and waited for her to call my food. When the time came for her to HAND me my food or so that's what I thought she'd do, I went up to pick up my sandwich and she SLAMMED it on the counter and rolled her eyes from her slam the sandwich broke apart, have in mind she saw my arm go up to grab it and decided to slam in on the counter anyways. The situation affected me so much that I lost my appetite and threw it away. I am never rude to any employee, so her treating me the way had me puzzled.
