I bought their most expensive bluetooth headset from their JIA location. I had it for two weeks and I could only hear distorted audio both times I tried it. On my way back home, I decided to exchange it. My receipt and box was in my checked luggage and I could not access it. The girl who "helped" me was extremely rude. As soon as I told her I wanted to exchange something she immediately said a manager had to be there and one wasn't there. When she looked at the bluetooth headset and charging case she said it looked 'very used'. I attempted to use it only twice as it was defective. I offered her all the information I could about where and when I purchased it, suggesting she call the store at JIA. Clearly she wasn't going to help, so I took it to JIA and the super friendly people...

VENDEN PRODUCTOS USADOS Y RECONSTRUIDOS

Compré unos AirPods Max el 5 de agosto porque había una promoción ya que salía de viaje y era un vuelo de 9 horas entonces pensé que sería una buena opción para ir entretenida. Mi hija ya tiene unos que compramos en Apple Store y me encantan cómo funcionan y por eso hice la inversión para mi pero resulta que a los míos no le funciona NOISE CANCELLATION, además que cuando los iba a conectar por primera vez me decían conectar JOSE’S AIRPODS MAX vine a dicha tienda para dejarles saber que eran usados/reconstruidos y la “SUPERVISORA KELVIS” me dijo: “No podemos regresar el dinero podría cambiarte los por otros” a lo que yo le dije que OK ella me dice que venga el lunes y yo le digo no no porque se pasarían los 30 días de la compra y no quiero que me digas que porque me pase del tiempo no pueden cambiarlos y me dijo OK ven mañana a lo que me presente el día de hoy y ella hace la prueba y con los audífonos puestos le digo usted me escucha y me dice SI le digo se da cuenta que no funcionan y me dice no eso no es así no existe audífonos que usted no escuche lo externo 😱😱😱 y no te los voy a a cambiar. Ósea prácticamente me ESTAFÓ me ROBO en la cara. Le dije pues bien pondré la queja con su jefe y muy pedante me dijo “soy la supervisora del 100% las tiendas del aeropuerto”

Le dije OK aún así lo haré y bien contestona me dijo: Va a ir a Las Vegas ?

En fin, esa señora se equivocó de puesto además del pésimo servicio al cliente súper...

A mi madre le vendieron dos relojes Apple watch que no eran los que había pedido y no le dejó abrir la caja. Ellos confiaron que era el color y no era. Les mintió! Les dijo que el que mi mamá quería ya no existía, que el que tenían ahí era mejor por eso salía 50 dólares más que en apple oficial, pero en realidad era el mismo. La persona que atendió fue Karem.
