The Shoppes of Ocean Drive — Local services in Miami Springs

I just purchased a mini charger for my cellphone at one of their stores. Which is a self purchase store. Nonetheless, I couldn’t get a receipt because there’s no paper. Fifteen minutes later, my gate for my flight changer from D45 to D15! I had to run! Got to my gate. Found out my mini charger did not work, found the same store, and asked for my product to be exchanged… The cashier was kinda helpful, asked a lady to change it or get my money back. Since I didn’t purchase it at this location there’s nothing they could do to help . Not even call to the other place, nothing!!! This was not 20 bucks.. Make sure to check the product cause this is always an issue and they can care less! By the way, I left the charger at the counter, told the cashier I didn’t wanted . The lady followed me to my waiting area to return it! Just to be petty and ridiculous in front...

The people who work in this shop have bad customer service. First off they have at least 10 people working registers and none of them are on them. So I see one lady being assisted, I hurry to get my purchase and come back and the lady is gone. Then I look across the store where another person is being helped and stand in line. I waited for quite a bit then a male customer came up and suddenly this female cashier says she can help him at a different register. Keep in mind the people being helped were Caucasian but she says she didn't see me. I'm pretty sure I don't look Caucasian. They blatantly ignored me standing there waiting. I pray for people like this but I write my reviews because one day people will wake up and pay attention to green...

For a quick shop to get snacks and merchandise, it’s not bad. They have an almost overwhelming amount of items in their large store. One thing to note is their price ranges on shelves. They will say “chips/cookies/jerky - $3.99 - $12.99”. At first you might think that some beef jerky is reasonably priced, but then realize all jerky is at the upper limit. It would be better to be more transparent about the prices.
