I had selected to eat at this Denny's because other Denny's Restaurants had been participating in the AAdvantage Dining Program. I was disappointed to discover that this specific restaurant wasn't participating in the program. Nevertheless, I proceeded & was delighted to discover that they had Eggs Benny on their menu. I don't recall ever seeing this on their menu before & decided to try it out. I did sub the hash for fries as I have long preferred their fries over their hash. I added on sausage links & bacon to the feast. I really love a good Eggs Benny. But, to call this a good Eggs Benny (as built) would be an insult to the art of cooking. First, the very first cut into it yielded a difficulty in cutting the muffin. Imagine a bread item that was soaked with sauce being hard to cut with a knife. They had to take the plate of food away to re-do the Eggs Benny. I was left with the side plate of breakfast meat Add-ons to eat in the meantime. My meal experience was immediately substantially diminished. What they brought back to me was a marked improvement. Secondly, the ingredient mix & build of the Eggs Benny just had me flabbergasted. The Hollandaise Sauce was more like a gravy to me. The Canadian Bacon was more like a slice of ham. It seemed like a slice of Applewood Smoked Carving Ham. It's Not clear if the Hollandaise was their standard or just poor workmanship. Ditto on the ham subbed in as I seem to recall their mentioning Canadian Bacon. Thirdly, the whole thing was overly salted. For a place that is often frequented by Seniors, one would think that care would be taken along these lines. Have you considered lower sodium options in your breakfast meats? How about less added salt? Fourthly, the manager kept apologizing for the Eggs Benny expressing disbelief that the cook would send such a thing out. However, I didn't quite believe in the sincerity of his apologies. Something didn't quite sit well with the whole experience. I came away concluding that if a Denny's Restaurant isn't participating in the AAdvantage Dining Program, it's a No for me.

This message goes out to Mr. Oscar Lopez, first of all in any and every restaurant they can tell you no animals allowed unless you have a visible service animal tag or harness to identify your pet. Second of all you know that there are cameras watching your every move in said restaurant so that means if x amount of witnesses caught you feeding your dog with the utensils meant for humans not dogs not cats not any furry animals then who are you to suddenly bring up racism and your citizenship because you were told you’re in the wrong. Also the manager did his job correctly by asking you to stop feeding your pet and you didn’t listen, at this restaurant you aren’t a loss in profit or customer. With that in mind, you were just a waste of space. From all US CITIZENS thank you for being an example citizen!!!

Let me begin by saying that I love my breakfasts at Dennys, the one on 27 nw street at Miami Gardens is my favorite place. So said, this other place is simply to be closed. Dirtyness all over the place, ceilling leaking who knows what, the table beside the one I was sitting was left with all the left overs all the time while I was there and when she finally decide to come clean it she just got one of the previous customer paper napkins and pass it all over it. The food quality, allthough Denny's' and the very few customers it was way bellow the one I'm used to. But the real cherry on top of it all was when after being mistreated by the waitress as an inferior kind of person she asked for the tip with arrogance. Yes, go to Denny's, simply do come to this one.

Food was ok. That’s it. I went to this location on 03-05-22 around 10:30 PM. Everything was great until we had to wait a long time for our food. The waitress realized herself everybody around me and my friend got their food before we did and took a while longer to get back to us with the food. Never came back to check on us again. Then we flagged her down, asked her to please bring the check, about another 20 mins go by and nothing. So we got up go to the register where there was another not so kind lady. I asked her to ring me up. Asked her if I get a veterans discount, she said yes. She asked me for a military ID. I did not have my entire wallet, only the card holder behind my phone with my regular ID which clearly states “Veteran” on it. She said that was not enough. Anyways, i said it’s nothing and paid the bill. I also decided that given the poor service I had received and her lack of friendliness I was not tipping. The waitress walked up and asked me straight up, you not tipping?? I said “tell me one thing any of you did tonight that makes you deserve a tip and I’ll give it to you. She threw her hands up and said whatever while walking away and...

I went with my mom after we closed our office to get something to eat. It was a horrible experience. It took 20 minutes to be seated and then I realized that the entire restaurant only had one waiter. Every time we needed anything I had to get up in order to get service. At the end of my visit when I went up to pay, I overheard the waiter telling someone that he’s lying to the tables about having shakes because he can’t handle the work it takes to make. I questioned if he has a manager because no one is helping this poor guy. Supposedly the employee next to him was the manager but this girl wasn’t helping him with anything. So, I questioned his lying to tables and why isn’t the manager helping on a busy night. The waiter started to insult me and scream at me. I honestly didn’t have the energy to fight back. I will say that I have never been so insulted in my life. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 15 years and I’ve never seen a waiter be so disrespectful and the manager just walked away. I’m definitely calling corporate...
