I'm editing my review because I noticed that as soon as I wrote it the place received 5 stars by several people. Must be friends or workers of the owner. Don't be fooled. Don't just read my review. Read the countless 1 star reviews. They pretty much sound the same. Bad service, bad food and rude owner.
Went for a friend's birthday. I tend to do my research before going to a new restaurant. Boy, I wished I had done so. But I trusted my friend and went with an open mind. It took an hour before we were served water Ordered medium rare. Received well done. They redid my steak and it came back cold and raw. On top of that my lobster was over cooked and gummy. Owner was rude when I told him my drink took 45 minutes he said it was my opinion but everyone in my table felt the same. We had 12 people in our party. And to top it off we paid $360.00 for 2 people. I don't care paying that kind of money for great service and food but not for what we received. You can tell the owner was chauvinistic. The way he treats female customers and female servers is so condescending. I read the reviews when I got home. Owner was described as rude and unhinged. I also read a reply that the owner wrote and told the customer that they were hurting their business. Sorry but you hurt your business. It's time to hang it up and look for another career because you are in the wrong business! He charges for the entertainment instead of paying out of his own pocket. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Food and Service is less to be desired! Go to LA Bodeguita. Food and service is great. And best of all entertainment is free and food is super tasty and less costly. We had steak there and our bill was less than $100.00. You can't beat it!
In reply to what you said: As soon as I sat down you knew I was going to damage your business? Don't make me laugh. As I said in my review I came in with an open mind. This is what you say to all the countless negative reviews. You Sir caused me to feel this way and no one else. What you are Sir is narcissis. When you say you recently took over the restaurant? I'm not sure if I believe that. Also the bad reviews are not that old and describes you to a T. You even followed a customer to another restaurant and bullied them there. If you continue to threaten me I will contact The Better Business Bureau, The Health Dept., OSHA and will post your reviews and replies on Social Media. In reference to you saying that I shouldn't talk about the owner as they were not there? The rude person who came up to me introduce himself as the owner. Do you actually think I would sit at a strangers table? My friends at my table have been my friends for over 30 years so yes those are my friends. My friends and I felt the same about you, the service and the food. In fact, after your reply I contacted them all as I never saw you speaking to them and they all said they would never return. If the waitress cried it wasn't anything I said as she knew I was not upset about anything she did. She told us she was embarrassed how you treated me. She was so embarrassed that she gave us 4 bottles of wines to take home. She told us that it came from her and not from the restaurant. She even excused herself and said she was new and that you were exploding her with so many tables. The only reason that I was trying to enjoy myself had nothing to do with your establishment but everything to do with my friends. All you are is a big bully. You bully all the customers that leave you a bad review. I too felt the same when I met you that you had no education or experience on running a business. As I know how to run a business. The minute I met you, you looked like a criminal who just got out of jail. Get a life and stop with your psychological trips on people. You don't scare me at all with your threats. The truth hurts and that is your problem. Learn from your mistakes, be kind, take some customer service class, take a writing class, treat your employees and customers with respect. Remember that the customer is always right. And BTW, no video was ever...

Read morePaco's Way is a genuine, little sliver of Spain in the heart of Miami Springs, deep into the actual hustle and bustle of Miami. Coming from Seville, yet having lived in Miami for so long and only getting to see bits and pieces of Spain was sad enough, but after having actually visited this sliver, I can definitely say it is something like home. Getting to meet the owner, Don Paco, and listening to him personally play and sing Sevillanos and watching the bailaoras dancing to the sound of his tune was absolutely phenomenal and reminded me of getting to see the bailaoras in Seville dancing in the city centre or at la Plaza de España. Apart from the music, the service was great, and more so was the food. The well-known tapa, patatas bravas, was made in the instant and served hot, the sauce spicy but not so spicy that you'd need to drink a pitcher of water. Portions were also great as well. The flan was also nice, and no matter what culture flan is from, it's always great: The portion was small, but at the same time, we're not really known for having big stomachs. ;) The price is suprisingly great for being A) A restaurant in Miami, and B: A SPANISH restaurant in Miami. All under 20 dollars. If you're not from Spain, you should definitely come here if you're craving new tastes.Y si eres de España, definitivamente, si quieres algo de casa, aquí hay algo para toda la familia. Don Paco & Marielena will definitely make you...
