Whoever is managing the night shift on the weekends is completely out of line! Several times I have come close 2closing &either you guys shut down your register super early inside & yes I'm saying 20 to 25 minutes you're supposed to be doing so inside, &then the drive-thru you guys are only processing like 3 cars at a time before you will take more orders. This has happened several times. Usually there is 7 or 8 cars in front of me each time I show up. Tonight there was probably 8 or 9 cars. I showed up around 9:10 p.m. & did not leave the drive-thru until around 10:20 p.m. ! I took pictures with time stamp & videos 2 show the GM what exactly is happening. U will see them take about 3cars and then the next person will pull up at the speaker& they are unable to order for around at least 20minutes, or even be acknowledged! I watched that happen right in front of me tonight. When I finally made it up to the speaker myself the person that was in front of me pulled up to go pay& I thought okay maybe I'll make it through quickly they just let through a few cars and I'm hoping that I'm not the last of the few before they go on a big break again or whatever you want to call it but that is exactly what happened. I made sure to video the whole time I sat there at the speaker. I wasn't even acknowledged within the first 3 minutes & it took me having to say hello to them to the speaker for the guy to tell me that it would be just a moment and that moment turned into over 20 more minutes before they actually took my order. Yes over 20 minutes that was after I had pulled up to the speaker and that's not how long it took me 2 actually get to the speaker itself. This is happening to everybody that was in front of me and behind me. Why are they only processing like three cars at a time and then taking these 20 minutes or longer breaks before they're allowing the next person to order? I can understand if they only had like 2 or 3 people but they had five people there tonight and everybody knows that that is unacceptable! And even if they had only 2people it's still wouldn't even be that bad!To top it all off the lady who handed the food out was rude to me and why? Bc after I had sat there for over an hour and they had gotten my order wrong, I made sure 2ask her 2 please make it right and when I had asked her she gave me a very nasty look and I was stunned. So when she came back the second time after supposedly fixing my drink, &it still wasn't right I asked her to fix it again and it was after that and her being snarky that that is exactly whenever I had had enough& I asked the questions that should have been asked. Because there it didn't just end with my drink not being correct, there was an issue with the fries. And I didn't even get to check my sandwich until I finally got out of the line &let me tell you that wasn't good either. I have pictures of that. But the fact that this lady was snarky with me over half of my order being wrong and asking them to fix it because yes I had spent over an hour in their drive-thru & I'm paying money for it, then yes my order should be right and nobody should be rude about it Either! That is exactly when I asked the name of the GM& asked what was taking them so long. I asked her if she thought that it was acceptable that the food was the way that it was. She was trying 2tell me that what she was giving me was acceptable &it simply wasn't bc it wasn't what I ordered. When I do get 2talk to the GM 2give exact details it'll be very understandable but I cannot give all this details here as the characters are limited. Just do yourself a favor & stay away from this place especially in the evening on the weekends bc the manager there I think is trying 2 work less! Tonight after I said what I said I cannot believe I heard him through the window trying 2place blame on staffing issues &blaming the company for why it was happening. UPDATE: 10/19/23: at drive-thru this morning @ 10:40am, 1 workers was so loud cursing complaining about a customer she just dealt with & referred to the...
Read moreThey were very busy and obviously short staffed and the staff were not handling it well. They were refusing to take orders at the registers, so everyone, weather they liked it or not, had to order at their Kiosks... which makes it more complicated for plenty of people who have specific orders and are paying in cash (the Kiosk only takes cards). If you are someone, like me, who was using it for the first time.... then when finished with the order, yet another complication is added when it asks you for your table top number ( I had no idea what that meant or what I was supposed to do) and you then have to proceed to the counter and wait on someone behind the counter to find time to help, then go BACK to the Kiosk, enter the #, get your receipt, then go BACK to the register (if you're paying in cash) to pay for your order.... So they end up having to run the register any dang way! That was A LOT to explain, but that is my point.... it was way too overly complicated and not handled well at all. I couldn't count how many people I saw get exasperated and just leave. I also went to get salt after getting my food... and the station was a mess and out of half of everything, including salt. So, I had to go BACK to the counter to ask for it, meaning, I had to wait even LONGER just to get someone's attention because everyone was so busy that no one wanted to take a second to acknowledge I was there and ask what I needed. On the plus side though, our order was all correct, and the food was hot. I do understand though, that getting that busy is always overwhelming and chaotic, which is why I still gave 4 stars..... But hopefully reviews can be taken into consideration and learned from because mistakes are how we all have the chance to learn...
Read moreDon't go here! If you go inside, you'll never be waited on. The staff and managers will look at you and walk away. People constantly waiting over 15 mins at the counter on a regular basis. That's before you get to even order. They only worry about the drive thru. When you do go through the drive thru they pull you into a reserved spot and make you wait another 15 to 20 mins for your food. (Which when you get it something is 99 percent of the time, missing or wrong with order). The only reason it looks like drive thru is moving is due to everyone being moved to the spots. Nothing is ever prepared and ready. The food is always sub par, fries are always cold also. I got some apple pies early morning the other day and they was hard as bricks and cold. The lable tags had been removed also. You could see where on both pies the sticker was ripped off, so i know they gave me old pies. You think that theyd be in trouble for removing freshness tags on products. I dont know who the owners are but management never try to correct any issues from what i can tell and I doubt the owners are correcting anything either since Its been the same way for years. You think they'd have someone at front counter so people who have kids that want to go to play place can get food and come dine in on occasion and be a returning customer, but no. If you go inside they will look at you like your invisible or give you looks like their disgusted you came inside. Better off going to the one on Lila Ave in Milford or finding somewhere else to go. Trust me, itll save you the headache in...
