I'll begin with the two positive details of this visit: The team member tasked with cleaning the dining room was active and perfect, taking care of every table once diners were leaving. I also enjoyed that the one community table had a bit of history behind it, which was documented by a small sign attached to that table. Nice concept! The service I received, however, cannot be called Positive, and actually was dismally pathetic and bordering on rude. I advised my lunch order was for dining inside and I wanted the #1 combo with a specific drink, BBQ sauce, and ketchup for the fries. There is a sign at the front counter advising that any extra sauces are provided at an extra charge. I asked about scanning my phone for loyalty credit, but that didn't happen, and I was handed the receipt. I waited to the side for my order to be prepared. The To Go business here was actually more active than the For Here diners. While awaiting an order it is quite easy to overhear the team members discussing prior customers, which was not cool at all . . . as well as them touching their hair often while on a food prep line. Later my name was called by a young lady looking at the label on a bag. Although it was requested for inside dining that wasn't a problem and would certainly still taste the same. Before taking the bag I simply asked, "Is there ketchup in there for the fries?". Her response was, "You have to check that yourself and let me know if anything's missing", then turned and walked away. I was truly quite shocked and disappointed at that since most CFA locations pride themselves on customer service. I looked in the bag and found that not only was ketchup missing, but also any napkins, but that female had gone back to collect more orders. I went to the community table and decided I'd simply accept what was delivered. The waffle fries were hot and fresh, but the sandwich had a much smaller-than-normal piece of chicken, and the beverage turned out to be Diet Coke. Not the desired combo. I then noticed that the team member who'd displayed an attitude was departing the dining room while eating an ice cream cone. Perhaps this was the end of her shift, and she simply was thinking of heading home and not any service standards. When that level of service is provided, they customer is definitely allowed to leave an honest review of the experience. That's how it works. I cannot recommend this location based on my...
Read moreI stopped today for breakfast. I have done this numerous times since they have opened. They have had various issues like wait time being long since opening, but I was okay with that and still returned. Today will be my last time going to this one. I ordered a Coke with my meal. As the Coke is being poured I noticed it was too light and looks to be missing the syrup. The Coke is given to me. I taste it and of course it is missing the syrup. I alert someone who seems to be in some type of leader/management role because she had keys to the register. She said okay, what other drink would I like. I told her well I guess a lemonade. She told me she couldn’t give me a lemonade because there is an up charge, she would only give me another fountain drink. Well if I am drinking soda it is only Coke. So I declined and said what is the upcharge and I will just pay that even though it’s not my fault that the syrup isn’t installed for the Coke. She says she thinks it is a dollar so I gave her the dollar. She then gives me my order and I leave. Luckily I wanted to take a bite of my sandwich when I got in the car and noticed both sandwiches of the meals I ordered to be incorrect. There was melted American cheese on my chicken biscuit and it was supposed to be a plain biscuit. And the other chicken biscuit sandwich I ordered I added egg and bacon, the bacon was missing but the label on the sandwich showed that bacon was supposed to be on it. So I had to go back in the store to report the issue. If I didn’t check, I would have gone home with wrong sandwiches (I live in North Miami and was passing through) and having to pay a $1 for a drink upcharge because their soda machine...
Read moreI’ve had the pleasure of eating at many chick filas across the country and am a red member who visited their headquarters. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have no idea how corporate green lit this location, manager and staff.
Forget the parking or lack there of as this is the least of your worries. I put in a order for a Sandwich meal and a salad meal, two cookies cream milkshakes. And two side yogurts with trail mix
They gave me at first just the salad and two milkshakes that were improperly made and told me to be on my way. I had to speak with a separate employee that would hear me out and give me my remaining sandwich two fries and two side yogurts. This employee then gave me a incorrect sandwich. A large fry and a small fry and then two parfaits without the trail mix. (Did I mention that I was not provided with any of the sauces I ordered and only one straw for two milkshakes???)
After waiting a hour and tired of debating with the employees on what was on my receipt (as it was correct and what they were providing me was not) I left. And to top it all off two people were simultaneous coming back and forth to correct their orders as well. Never before have I seen such a untrained staff. Unprofessional service and poorly organized location. Do yourself a favor and head to the Flagler park location. It has five times the volume but you will be attended in a orderly manner. Your food will be correct every time. And the service is impeccable. The manager Mauricio knows the bread, butter and soul of a efficient and delicious Chick Fila location. Unlike this Downtown...
