The atmosphere what quiet and semi clean. The service was slow and very cold. We ordered the beef soup, baleada con carne and pupusa con chicharrón y queso. The food seemed decent at first glance but the soup was very salty, the meat in the baleada was very dry and tough to chew, and the dough on the pupusa was still undercooked. The gratuity was included yet we were not greeted, checked on or serviced appropriately considering I had to get up myself in two occasions, the last one was to ask for a to go box and the check while the servers stayed behind the counter by the kitchen window. Read more🤮 This meat was so undercooked it was almost still moving. You can see the blood leaking from the meat. The women over the phone line was so rude, hung up on me twice when trying to order for pick up. I spent my whole day at work excited to get a nice Carne asada plate after work. I was so disappointed with this order. I had a baleada I didn’t even bother opening. The plate of food made me lose my appetite I throw the baleada away. The worst $30 dollars I’ve ever wasted.
