Chip City — Restaurant in Miami

Chip City’s cookies are very good, but today the service ruined my experience. I ordered the 10-cookie box deal and noticed the staff started filling the box without asking which flavors I preferred. When I asked if I could choose, I was told, “These are the ones we have left.” One cookie was clearly broken, and I pointed it out, saying, “This one’s broken.” The response? “No, it’s just missing a piece.” I felt mocked. No alternative offered.

I decided not to buy the cookies and went elsewhere, where the service was much better. It’s a shame, because the cookies are delicious, but poor service ruined the experience.

I’m writing this review to bring this to the manager’s or owner’s attention, as I couldn’t find another way to submit my complaint. I hope this feedback encourages the staff to be more attentive and respectful, as good customer service is just as important as...

Loved loved loved the cookies! We stop by to looking for something sweet and this hit the spot! We had the smores and cookies and cream cookies! DELICIOUS. Our favorite was the smores because of the spiced graham cookies flavor. But both of them were outstanding! We also tried out the ice creams because and we got a Scoop of the Brookie one which was suggested by Joseph alongside the vegan cookies and cream, which if I had a dietary restriction would happily have it daily.

The best cookies I have ever had! This place blows all the other specialty cookies places I have tried in the area. I tried the cookies and cream, the s’mores and their weekly special banana cream pie cookie and they were all spectacular! The price is incredibly low for specialty cookies and especially in Miami. The staff were beyond helpful and kind - beyond nice and helpful and clearly were enthusiastic about the cookies and genuinely made you feel like they were happy you were there. I regret not getting their names and giving them a shoutout, they made the experience absolutely...
