From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles so warm I nearly melted like the cheese on my burrito. The team works like a well-oiled machine, effortlessly assembling orders with the precision of a NASA launch.
And let’s talk about the manager—absolute legend. You can tell they run a tight but happy ship because the energy in this place is immaculate. Not only did they check in to make sure everything was perfect, but they also managed to brighten my day with their positivity (and let’s be honest, that’s priceless).
The food? Delicious, as always. But the service? That’s what makes this Chipotle a true gem. Fast, friendly, and beyond accommodating

Read moreI've always loved Chipotle, however this one... Not so much sigh..... So many grub hub orders that we had to wait and there was no line! I will say the portions were generous, however the assembly line was filthy and food debris everywhere! I'm used to staff cleaning the food prep area constantly and my food being assembled on a clean surface. Tables throughout were dirty and no ice in the machine, so someone brought us a single cup of ice to share, sad!! There was one lovely girl who spoke English and came to our rescue and I sincerely thank her and hope she is valued as an employee by management there! I guess I am thankful that it was close to our hotel and that in spite of the mess, I didn't get sick from my food. Being a hospitality professional, I know how hard it is right now to find workers, and my heart goes out to this industry that has been so hard hit by our current situation with public health. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and the girl legit gave me maybe like 10 pieces of chicken and when I asked for more she said it's considered double chicken…side eye ok. The girl next to her was making a burrito with maybe 5 pieces of steak so I feel bad for that customer that will most likely be unhappy as well. Along with barely any chicken, the cheese in the middle of the quesadilla was not melted at all. I spat out that bite. Huge waste of $10.50. Only came here out of convenience but I will not be returning. I came 45 minutes before closing and all the employees were already closing up shop. 45mins and couldnt waste another minute on me so that the cheese was melted thoroughly...
