My husband and I stopped by this store a few minutes ago to get some ice cream, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. As we approached, there were about five people standing near the entrance, making it seem like the store was closed. A lady even blocked the doorway, and when we opened the door, she just stared at us without saying anything.

The staff were extremely unfriendly. They continued speaking among themselves in Spanish and didn’t acknowledge us at all. The person who served us didn’t greet us or respond to our greeting, instead staying engaged in conversation with the others near the door.

To make matters worse, the ice cream cones were terrible, the ice cream seemed refrozen, and the cones were stuck together. And at $4.99 per cone, we paid over $10 for something that wasn’t even enjoyable. The lack of customer service and poor quality of the ice cream made this a very unpleasant visit.
