Chong's Chinese and Latin Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Miami

I order beef and broccoli, lo mei, special fried rice, chicken wings, and some ribs. When I received the order the beef and broccoli was sad amount of beef. This was 13$ so I called them to tell them what was going on. The lady that took my order number and asked for my phone number, name, and description on the driver that delivery food. After 5 mins another lady called me which I’m guessing was the owner since I really don’t think any one would want to hire this lady called tell me that she packed my order and she added EQUAL amounts of steak to broccoli. We can both see ain’t no EQUAL amounts here. She processed to scream on the top of her lungs that she is here to help customers but she made no mistake this time and I was lying. I asked her if I should send her pictures but she just processed to repeat over and over she made no mistake, not acknowledging me now once after I asked if she needed a picture. I would’ve never taken my time to write this if they just apologize or returned my money but the way they decided to handle the situation...

Service is decent. Have never been offended by staff and have had most special requests fulfilled. The food quality is where they seem to have suffered. The first time I ordered from Chong's the food was great, unfortunately that first experience has never been repeated. I have had three occasions now where some items like the sweet plantains tend to be overcooked, and the fried rice can't last more than a couple hours without going bad. I'm talking about mornings where I've had to throw out the previous night's leftovers from the fridge. I would suggest only ordering the portion you're going to eat in one sitting, but the speed in which it spoils should be telling of the quality coming out of...

This is a local restaurant that people like due to the fact that they have a great variety of good and hearty "Chinese Food "@ reasonable prices. There is free parking in the rear of the restaurant. Best way to access it from 12th. Ave. And First St. Soutwest. Right across from Walgreens Pharmacy.
