Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

If i could leave -5 stars, I would!! This place WAS great LAST YEAR when they opened & has become THE WORST Dominos in the last 6 months. After the first time I experienced horrible service and an hr delay(while in the store bc I received confirmation that my order was ready and went to pick it up) i still gave this place not 1, not 2 but 3 chances. Last week was the last straw! The order was not only delayed yet again after receiving an email that it was ready, but after sitting in there for 45 mins because they were “backed up” when we got upstairs (we live across the street) the pizza was not only cold but a sorry excuse of a pie. The customer service here is pitiful! The “manager” was talking on her cellphone while “fixing” someone else’s

*the photo attached is suppose to be a 2 topping (Italian sausage & pepperoni) medium pizza. Not only can you count the sausage pieces on 1 hand but a piece of ham made a cameo.

I will never give this place my money again! They should be ashamed of the mediocre work they are doing! I’ve advised all of my family and friends to steer clear of this place.

If they don’t care about their customers they shouldn’t be in a customer oriented business.

Placed an order for delivery about 45 minutes before closing. Had my order cancel some 30 minutes later. Called the store within operating hours and no one ever answered my phone call. Can’t reach anyone from the company on any level to share my experience. Emails never answered. All other orders ever placed and received always arrive barely warm. Horrible company all around.

Edit: Was sent a $40 e-coupon from corporate in hopes of redemption. Ordered several overpriced items. How is it that 2 large pies and a 2 liter exceed $40? Anyway.. order didn’t arrive for 2 hours. Tried to call during the wait but no one at the location picked up after several calls. When the delivery driver finally got here, they couldn’t find my apartment and expected full payment upon arrival. Argued with me that it hadn’t been paid for yet. Proceeded to call the manager as they were retrieving the 2 liter they forgot in their car. Returned with extremely poor attitude to simply express that “the manager said it was okay..” and shuffled off after refusing the decent tip I offered. At the end of a tough week I found myself craving Domino's Pizza goodness, I remembered this location nearby that had plenty of parking and you can sit inside and dine. I was greeted by the staff immediately who was super friendly and helpful becuase I orded to eat at the moment and to take home, the young lady made it easy. I noted that she spoke both English and Spanish fluently which is good, this location is in the heart of Miami that serves the local latino Spanish speaking community. The food was ready in record time, hot fresh and delicous, just like I wanted it. I had the Extravaganza and it didn't disappoint, very satisying. I took home pastas, sandwiches, and a pepperoni pizza and made the family very happy. The restaurant was clean, and inviting, the only thing that was a bummer was that the small bottles of Coca-Cola were hot, they sell so much that the ones in the cooler hadn't been there long enough to cool and they didn't have ice or cups so instead I went for a Fanta.
