Decided to try since I'm new to the area. I didn't totally like it but I didn't totally dislike it either. The wings threw me off because I'm used to traditional style/size wings. They were cooked a little harder than I like and barely had meat on them. The service was cool though. May be just my taste buds though, im sure others may appreciate it more than me. I'll try something different next time and hopefully it redeems itself.

I don’t see how anyone could eat here. Ordered through DoorDash. The rice and beans smelled and tasted sour. The stew chicken tasted like nothing and had too many broken pieces of chicken and bones in it. The griot was decent but a few of the fattier pieces had a funky taste to it like it wasn’t cleaned properly. I got a bad stomach ache after eating the few bites I did take. They have to do better than this.

Fish was well seasoned , juicy and flavorful. The onions pikliz were well seasoned as well. The banann peze (fried plantains)were okay. However they need to improve inside the store to create a nicer ambiance and vibe. It's dirty and where the foods are placed doesn't look sanitary at all. There's a nice purple wall with flowers but there's a bathroom door to it . Definitely need an upgrade.

Delightful Haitian restaurant nestled in the bustling heart of Miami. The staff delivers a comforting and personable approach to their service, yet a touch more dynamism could propel the dining experience into excellence. It's evident that the team is dedicated to their craft, and a little more urgency would simply augment their already commendable hospitality.

Venturing outdoors, their patio is a tranquil haven that cries out for more attention. Basking in the Floridian sunshine, this space carries an air of untapped potential, waiting to fully blossom. The refreshing breeze combined with the lush aesthetics can elevate the dining experience to a new zenith of pleasure. More regular maintenance and a bit of creativity could transform it into Miami's best kept secret, a true oasis in the heart of the city.

The food is a carnival of flavors, reflecting the rich tapestry of Haitian cuisine. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes exquisitely prepared, and the recipes authentic. However, a switch from basmati to Jasmine rice would bring the meals a step closer to home. In Haiti, we traditionally pair our dishes with Jasmine rice, its slightly sweet and nutty flavors adding an extra layer of depth to the meals.

This is a charming establishment and with a bit more polish, I believe it can become a shining beacon in Miami's culinary scene. Addressing these areas will certainly beckon me back, ready to award the well-deserved 6-star rating. Until then, keep delighting us with your delicious food. Can't...

Seriously I love the foods there then any other restaurant, not too spicy and love the taste & salt. I do not even know who was the owner as I works close by I stop by two weeks ago, then I learned the history of this beautiful family's respectfully hard working that is the mother of Florence Mrs Jean i known for decades & loss the friendship that is the Owner of la Fourchette, so I am more then welcome and treated very special i am grateful, I have no complaint any foods I ordered there well prepared, now I can't ate foods from any restaurant because I love the foods ❤️ & also recommended to every one then see the difference, nice family's nice environments. Congratulation's Florence & Family's keep it up the great & amazing job around...

The food is HORRIBLE. I ordered legume it's like a cabbage soup. The ingredients weren't mixed, the cabbage is somewhere, the greens is somewhere else, it's like there was nothing else. And it has no TASTE whatsoever. They don't even have AC and it's so HOT. There are flies everywhere. The food is like leftovers from the week before. No service. The lady at the front is with a Short top and leggings are dirty. She doesn't know how to welcome in a client. No hello. Her hand touches the food she serves to the customers and she's touching the food and money while serving, without washing her hands. Don't do that to haitian community guys. Do better please, this is an embarrassment to...
