Pleasantly amazed and giving this spot an honest and very solid 5 stars. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to be very thoughtful in writing this review. And I'll try to keep it short..lol So, I was looking for a bakery in Miami with specialty cakes and hoping to have image printing as well. After a quick random search, I found this spot. I reviewed their page and read customer reviews and thought I'd give them a try. It was my grandmother's birthday late March, and I wanted to surprise her with something nice. But boy! did this place meet every bit of our expectations. From the store location to very friendly customer service (thanks, Marcus!), aesthetics of the store and the cake - we were all blown away. We ordered a round birthday cookie/cake with vanilla cream ($108) and six cupcakes with printed pictures of my grandmother in her youth ($68).

The cake itself was breathtaking, with so many fresh tropical fruits, the cream was silky, delicious and not too sweet with a light vanilla flavor, the shortbread cookie, also very delicious with a nice buttery texture and chew. The macarons were a berry flavor - top tier addition. The cupcakes were cake based with a nicely dense texture. The passion fruit icing was divine. It was all so beautiful! We didn't want to cut it..lol What made us the happiest was how much my grandma enjoyed it. And how wowed she was with her photo on the cupcakes. Everything was edible - well, minus the flowers.

Honestly, what you see on the website is exactly what you'll receive. Perfection. And that is 100% so appealing. Marcus was superb and answered all of our questions. Made the experience that much better.

Management, I am all about great customer service and getting what you pay for. You have done everything right. I couldn't suggest any improvements, even if I tried. You definitely have won a customer all the way from NYC. Two thumbs way...

When my regular cake lady of years called me a week before my birthday to tell me that she couldn’t make my cake due to Covid, I was completely devastated. After finding Frudeco on Instagram and speaking to them I quickly realized that they are truly amazing! Their customer service was on point! The person I spoke to Melissa, was incredibly informative & very patient with me as I’m really into all of the little details & extremely picky. She was amazing! As an influencer I’m all about aesthetics so it was a huge deal to me that they got everything perfect for my Rose Gold theme. I honestly felt like I was talking to a close friend whom I’ve known for years.

She paid attention to my every request & answered every single question & then some. She even seemed just as excited as I was about my Birthday cake & theme! I loved that. She almost felt like a best friend I’ve known for years cheering me on! When I received the cake it brought me to tears of how gorgeous it was! I’ve never in my life cried for cake before! Lol It was literally the most beautiful cake I had ever seen. The details were insane. All of my followers went crazy when I shared it in my stories.

As far as the flavors go it was definitely very different from what I’m used to, but really delicious. That Vanilla Cream was light & fresh. I could instantly tell that they use quality ingredients. The Dulce de Leche filling was life itself in caramel form and all of the little chocolates, candies, strawberries & macarons on top were heaven. It just added to all of the fomo and made it fun to eat and share with my family!
