worst experience ever. Got there at 2.45am more less. Went to the drive tr. machine, someone screaming and laughing on the mic everybody can here in a radio of 3 blocks at least. Saying "hello hello" and nobody, just could hear this lady laughing horribly, almost left me deaf, she could not talk. I went to the window and looked inside, employees dancing, laughing, nobody working. Finally someone came to the window and I asked her name :"Melissa". I asked the name of the other girl and she said in a threatening tone " I am Melissa and that is enough, what do you want?" and then she closed the window. The 4-5 minutes a told guy came to the window and told me ( it was exactly 2.57am) "we do no have cheeseburger" I said " My order does not have a cheeseburger" (by the way, it was a postmate pick up). Then he left for 2 more minutes and came back :we do not have your order". I said "Do I have to wait for it?". and he goes "No, we are close, we are not doing it". I tried to contact the client to let him know and then Melissa came and said "if you do not leave, I will call the police". These employees look like criminals, talk like criminals and act like criminals, do not go there, something bad could happened to anybody going to this mc Donald". On top, tried to call to talk to the manager and "the number has been disconnected". This is...
Read moreI’ve been going to this McDonald’s for as long as I can remember. For whatever weird and annoying reason, the McDonald’s on US1 never fails to be slower and less able to provide the best service than the McDonald’s on Coral Way. I went to the one on US1 today just because, and I couldn’t believe how much slower it STILL is than any other McDonald’s. It has nothing to do with the fact that they’re busy because the one on Coral Way & 32nd has had cars stacked on each other and they still move their cars at a timely rate. This McDonald’s has two speakers but only one of them has worked for the past 6 or 7 years. It’s laughable tbh. McDonald’s on Coral Way will forever get my business opposed to this one. And this does come up in conversation with the average person, and I will let them know the one on Coral Way is always much better. Thanks. The rest of this review is updated and happened after I finished my visit at the McDonald’s. As always they made me wait 10 minutes in the drive-through as cars continue to stack up on each other just for them to tell me that they didn’t even have soda. They take 10 minutes per car just for them to tell you that they don’t have what you came there for. By far the worst McDonald’s in Miami and likely the worst McDonald’s...
Read moreI stood right here, walked inside and attempted to get assisted at the counter. The girl sat there on the phone on her AirPods, talking on the phone preparing a Uber eats delivery order. I had to use the restroom and the restroom was closed. I proceeded to stand there and I kept saying excuse me excuse me, excuse me and she continue to ignore me. I guess she didn’t want to get distracted by her order so I came out and I asked her. Why did she ignore me? She proceeded to say she did not hear me. No one else was at the counter but me you can tell when someone walks up to you from your Peripheral vision … The service I got today was nasty unsatisfactory and then another girl with red hair walks out and ask what is it that I need with an attitude as if she’s defending her coworker telling me oh the girl did not hear me and proceeded to tell me to have a nice day it’s people like this that you guys hire for your establishment and create chaos and problems for your business How do you treat a potential customer like this? I had to walk out because I could not get serviced I was disrespected and treated rudely. You have young people running your business not the way of which you would run your...
