Was a member for 6 months of the podcast room and bulk hours. Severely overpriced and subpar compared to other competition (ex: Kendall Podcast Studios). Equipment continuously malfunctioned, room rarely had air conditioning, Members and customers have to wait outside the door until a staff member opens the door for them which in some cases became extremely frustrating (pouring rain, cold). Calling the staff and business as a whole Unprofessional would be putting it nicely. Booking is an absolute nightmare and platforms and terms change daily and at their liberty.

They also willingly put cards on file without permission, charged credit cards AGAINST our wishes and submitted payments that we did NOT approve. We had to contact the three major credit card bureaus and file FRAUDULENT charges against them. The Staff demonstrated total lack of care for their members; completely ignored simple request, gave off a rude connotation every single time we needed assistance (mind you we were paying $300 a MONTH for 10 hours of time) to the point that it became an inside joke amongst members. We recently rented out the entire studio space at HGAB Studios for a large-scale production, with three separate shoots happening simultaneously - and everything turned out phenomenal thanks to the incredible team and facilities.

The space was versatile, spotless, and perfectly equipped for a multi-crew production day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from seamless check-in to quick support throughout the day and a few days prior - including holding items that we had shipped for the production. Their professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a very complex day run smoothly and stress-free.

From the begging to the end, it was a great experience! Studio manager Biscayne was easy to work with (booking, assisting with communicating my needs, style, and concept for the shoot, helping with props, etc.) and went out of her way to pair me with a fantastic team; makeup artist Andy and photographer Kendrick. Final effect is stunning. Both were beyond amazing. Andy did a great job with my makeup and made me look and feel beautiful.
