Sushi Sake Little Havana — Restaurant in Miami

This restaurant experience was very high end, and second to none, a well family oriented place to dine and share with the family.

food quality was super awesome and tasty, quality and portion was excellent and very fulfilling.

atmosphere was excellent and welcoming very extremely fancy.

however the Service, was the best experience we had, out waitress Vanessa Fernandez, was extremely welcoming and very family oriented, she made us feel right at home from the moment we came to the restaurant, our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and prepare us some Cuban Mojito that was excellent.

she was very helpful and made sure our food was high end quality, every restaurant deserve to have such a professional waitress as Vanessa Fernandez, she really deserve a well good tip and her manager should praise her for the well and excellent job and a beautiful smile she gives to all the guest.

Let me share a real review from my experience. I find it hard to believe that this restaurant has all 210 five (5) stars reviews. Sounds fishy and fake after my experience.

Please stay away from this restaurant. I had a Dragon Roll, Spicy Tune Roll and a Pineapple Fried Rice. It‘s the worse Japanese food I have had. The Spicy Tune Roll had a strong taste of garlic. The Dragon Roll did not have any taste. It appeared it was a California Roll trench in Eel sauce. The pineapple rice was hard and did not have any flavor. Venessa, our waitress, never came over to check on us. I requested a refund and Venessa laugh at my face and charged my card. Stay away from this place if you are looking for good Japanese restaurant. The customer service & food is the worse I’ve seen around. Manager was to busy to discuss.

Must be nice to have 210 friends & family to give this restaurant 5 stars. I don’t see it. Don’t take my word for it if you don’t believe me. I’ve travel all over the global and the food here if horrible - well at least my dish...

Ive been coming to this Sushi Sake for years before they changed locations and their quality and service seems to continue to go downhill as time passes. It’s no surprise that the restaurant is always empty now. With one other table there, I ordered a steak lunch special (medium) and waited almost 30 minutes. When I finally got the steak it was completely gray inside, dry, and well done. I reluctantly sent it back and could hear the waitress, manager, and cooks talk about me like I wasn’t there (extremely unprofessional) I saw the chef’s cook my meal twice with the manager sending it back once again and making them redo it without giving it to me. After the third plate was ready, the waitress then proceeded to bring me meat that was completely raw and cold on the inside. I just walked out. Management should be replaced before...
