Koffee Kup — Restaurant in Miamisburg

This was my first time here and I will be reporting the manager named Shelia to the health department. I saw her drop a waffle on the floor and pick it up immediately and put it on a plate for a guest. She turned around to see if anybody was looking and when she saw me, she looked extremely embarrassed (as she should be ashamed of herself) and then tried to pull it off and say she was only kidding to see what my reaction would be. This is despicable and shows the true character of someone. In case you're now seeing this Shelia: CHARACTER- is doing the right thing even when no one (or you think no one) is looking. Need I say more?? I would not recommend this establishment and hope it gets shut down. If saving .20 worth of batter is more important than spreading disease to your customers..??? What's left...

Used to order from here all the time and loved their food and prices. Hadn’t been since Covid soooo decided to go in and eat. Order 1bacon omelette $6.20, 1 biscuit and gravy $3.8 side of bacon$1.9 small cheeseburger plain$3 w/ fries $2 and a large cheeseburger w/ everything$6 and two drinks. $4 got home realized I was charged $45. My math isn’t adding to $45 I called and asked and they said they didn’t mess it up. So either their menu prices are WAY off or I got charged way too much. I love supporting small businesses and have never had this issue before but I will never eat there again after this and just wanted to let everyone know to check what they’re charging you for! The seating is very rough. The boost are so tight where you can’t even really enjoy your breakfast. The barstools are way too close where you have no knee room when they bring your food out there’s really no room on the table for plates comfortably. I honestly thought the pricing was a little high for the food that we got The hashbrowns tasted like more oil than anything. The eggs were just ok. The bacon was just smashed and compressed taste wasn’t that great the gravy was lacking flavor. The biscuits were soft and good. All over wasn’t a really good experience for me.
