Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Miamisburg

I got a hot fudge brownie which I was told the brownies were heated up (because I specifically asked about it) and was told it was only brownies, ice cream and hot fudge… I paid extra for Carmel drizzle and they added whip cream and no Carmel to it.. When I realized the brownies weren’t heated and extras were added THAT WERENT TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE ON THERE and what I paid extra for wasn’t on it, I called and said something due to the fact I had already left. The girl was RUDE as can be on the phone, tried to argue with me about what I ordered then said it was my problem and hung up on me! Never once did they offer for me to come back and it be fixed or my money back or anything along the lines and didn’t even care the slightest bit that they served the wrong item to me! This place needs new employees that aren’t disrespectful and trust me I WONT ever spend another dime at this place all due to the disrespect that came from them. I seen this dairy queen and got really excited because we don't have a dairy queen here where I live ..well when I walked in I could not understand where everyone is at it was empty and I know why we went to order food the young girl told us they didint make burgers only deep fried or hot dogs so we ordered two chilie dogs and I wish I had never got the dogs they was so old tasting you could tell they had been on a roller grill way to long they was horrible...and the red only one place to sit at the picnic table out side only one I seen the place look old and ran down I understand it's kinda out in the country but really it's not there's a nice town right next to the place I do not understand why they don't update this place it's a hot mess the red a machine looking refrigerator that was sitting where you order it was empty this could really be a nice family place if they would update it looks dirty and ran down very old nothing has been updated here since it opened. Please help this...

This dairy queen is great still taste like it did back in the days.ice cream still taste the old days.and the people their have a great attitude.and I gotta say we were sitting in the car eating and a worker came out to change the garbage cans and I seen her wiping down the tops of the cans usually beings there outside they don't get that kinda attention unless it's a have to from food and stuff but they were clean and continue to be clean..AAAAA+++++ TO.ALL THE WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION AND GOOD MANAGEMENT SKILLS TAUGHT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.....AND THEY HAVE KRUNCH KOTE OTHER DAIRY QUEENS DONT ONLY OTHER I KNOW THAT HAS IT IS THE DW IN MONROE OHIO THE MIDDLETOWN DQ IS HORRIBLE CONSTANLY GET BLIZZARDS HARDLY MIXED BOTTOM IS JUST PLAIN ICE CREAM AND USUALLY HAS A BIG VOID IN THE MIDDLE FROM NOT...
