I had ordered my food online because I have a 30 minute lunch break. I pick up my food, get to work and notice that I had no meat put on my sub. I called and called with no success. I had to clock out during a very busy time at work to go back to the store. Arriving in the store, they addressed me by name and knew the mistake that was made. The staff was very apologetic and ready to take responsibility. I do appreciate that, just very upsetting that I had wasted my lunch break, has to clock back out, and drive to the store to get the issue corrected.
