Its not often I go to an Arby's, but when I do it's usually a family get together or a special occasion. Coming to a city we are not usually in, we thought it best to order ahead for the large order. I signed up for an Arby's account and was going to utilize the 25% off your first order offer online. I have 2 gripes with the online order system. 1 is you can't order more than 5 of the same item. I had alot of sandwiches to order, so to be limited in this way was inconvenient. To work around I order larger sandwiches, we all love the beef and cheddars. 2 was after finally getting the order ready I was unable to complete my order as it could not submit it and said there was an error. Thinking it was my phone's signal on the road, I phoned a friend and had them log into my account and try to send the order through. Still, unable to complete the order. Around this time we actually arrived at the restaurant already, so much time passed just trying to get the order submitted.
I entered the store and spoke with Daniel. He helped to turn around our negative experience and make it a positive one! Although he couldn't help us directly with with the online order he quickly took our order and gave us a discount for the inconvenience, not as large as the online's 25% off but I was very satisfied with what he was able to do. It then seemed like the whole store kicked into high gear and managed to get my order made in a flash! I was worried it would take a long time given the size of our order. The order was different from what we tried to order online since we could actually order more than 5 of any item and it was accurate, hot, and fresh!
Thank you Daniel and to all at the Michigan City Arby's! You all helped keep a special get together special while also quickly dissipating our frustrations.

Last week I was pulling towards Arby's and some very rude woman in her car tried to pull in front of me in line I noticed in the back of her car on the bumper it said Good vibes ... So I open my window and said please lady go ahead of me and she zoomed forward and gave me the bird LOL... So when I got to the drive-thru speaker I told the people in Arby's that I was going to pay for her lunch and tell her that Donna says she has to do good vibes only from now on.... She asked the people in Arby's is this for real and they said yes she took her food and drove away without even saying thank you with a wave of her hand... When I got up to the window to get my food she had ordered $20 worth of food... We all had a good laugh over her and the employees at Arby's couldn't believe it what they were seeing they said thank you to me... This is something what we as patrons and they as employees have to deal with at certain times maybe that woman will remember that somebody gave her some good vibes even though her vibes were not so good... I hope she enjoyed her Arby's great food ...there were a few kid meals, on the bill so I hope her kids enjoyed the food I treated them for and I hope they are being treated fairly by that woman🤞🤐😱🤪😊 GOOD VIBES ONLY PEOPLE LOL YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP...
Read moreMy experience was terrible. The wait time was around 30 minutes. The employee in the window as well as the shift leader showed poor customer service. As I was handed my drinks I asked for a drink carrier. They did not any so I just made room in the car, as I reached for the drinks again the lid came off the first cup and spilled all over my lap. The young man proceded to hand me the drinks without question or care that this incident had occurred then shut the window and turned his back to me. I saw the MOD and motioned for her to come to the window where she dodged my questions so I asked how much longer my meal would take. It was ready she handed it to me and I went on my way.
