Taco Bell — Restaurant in Middle Township

If you could you would get NO stars Teresa(H or no H IDK), manager at TB in rio grande, NJ! I hope your staff finds a better place to work other than with you. Teresa is the manager of the rio grande NJ taco bell (only TB around for 30 miles), and likes to bully her way through life it seems. I had the worst work day ever, and headed over to TB for comfort food. Asked for my usual ( Cheesy roll up steamed twice add sour cream), and while I was talking to a young man in the drive through she jumps on, and says we do not ever add anything to cheesy rolls ups. My immediate response is since when bc just yesterday in baltimore md i got one. she said it's against the rules....grumpy voice then asks if i want a side of sour cream or no cheesy roll up. well i guess when you say it sooooo nicely i take sloppy lefts and get the side of sour cream. welcome back nice boy with accent, so my sassy response is i guess she's done cutting me off. Well Teresa did not like that, as she jumps back on to say that no one was being rude, and i can just leave. I ask who the manager is, and she says well that is me...figures. When i ask for the number to corporate, she tells me that she is going to call the police if i do not leave the drive thru line. WOW wow wow wow wow wow wow. Her behavior is so controlling, and bullying that not one person would make eye contact with me when i pulled up at the window. Who is this woman? where did she come from? I know this can not be the first or last complaint as i scroll through all of these google reviews and would say 90% are terrible ones. Why do allow this store that has sooo much potential to be run down by a bully because that is what she is a bully. If you continue to leave her at this store she will surely make it a loss leader as you lost my $30bucks tonight, and will never see me there again. I suggest intense customer service training, as well as some anger management training. You might also consider some math classes as she is definitely not keeping you in the positive....Maybe she becomes your poster child for what is possible IDK but something needs to give. Maybe i make a tiktok that imitates what my experience was like in your store, and then people would say ohhh its a teresa ...maybe...

I have been saying this for at least 8 to 10 years that they need to put another Taco Bell since they got rid of our Wendy's and our Sonic and All we have our just a ton of Chinese food thai food Japanese food ect and of course McDonald's like WTF come on we have to drive 45 minutes up the road just to get to like the nice restaurants Olive Garden if we want Taco Bell even or Wendy's Red Lobster or Red Robin we don't have any of that stuff so I was like if somebody built a Taco Bell they would literally make all the money back that they put into getting a loan and building it and everything that goes into it on their very first day plus more the first week it would be out of control the people would never have to work again meaning whoever bought into the franchise but just to even talk to Taco Bell about incorporating with them they want $500,000 just to talk to you that's not guaranteeing anyting but it was so worth it OMG when they put that Taco Bell in the first day they made all their money back and probably never have to work again not to mention it's still going the first week was insane because we're sick of Asian food and McDonald's and don't even get me started on Burger King it doesn't...

Taco Bell has the reputation that borders between munchie haven to constipation revelation and this trip proves both. The children were excited to visit for quick tacos and I, well lets say one handed eating was necessary. The children downed their tacos with glee, not entirely sure they could have tasted them, whereas my crunchwrap seemed to be missing something. Yes, it was, half the ingredients. The first bite consisted of the tortilla and corn disc, finding meat and lettuce piled in the lower second half. Albeit they were in a bit of a rush with only the four of us standing at their counter for take out and only a single car in the widow, they had mistakenly made everything, except the cheese wrap, with the modification of only meat and lettuce as the two children requested on their tacos. For a person who loves some bit of flavor, this was a disappointment not even the fire sauce could right. Suggestion to anyone, don't just count the items before leaving, spot...
