My husband and I LOVE Arby's, and we were excited to find this one only a couple miles from our house, but we haven't gone a single time without getting our order messed up in some way. I completely understand when restaurants make mistakes every now and then, but we have been there ten times, and not ONCE have we gotten exactly what we ordered.
We've had to either drive back there, go back up to the counter, or just settle because we didn't feel like driving back again. We try this Arby's every once in a while to see if maybe they'll get it right this time, but the result is always the same. We've had missing items, we've gotten other people's orders, we've gotten the wrong sandwiches... you name it, it's probably happened to us.
If you like getting your order screwed up literally every time you go there, then I highly recommend...
Read moreSat in line for a bit over 40 minutes here with only maybe 7 cars ahead of me when I pulled in with no explanation as to what was taking so long. Only a "sorry for the wait" at the end. Some sort of explanation would have been appreciated. They also should have had someone outside letting people know there would be a longer than normal wait time. My time as well as the time of over a dozen other people was wasted. Read moreStopped in around 7:30PM on a week night on my way home from work. They acted like they were getting ready to close. There was several other parties ordering food. I was by myself and my order was take out and not what was ordered when I arrived home. Upon calling, I was offered what was originally ordered and paid for. But could not get it that evening. I had to make a special trip just to get my the correct order the next day. Upon arriving, I found out that it was the manager that gave me the incorrect order. No apology. No nothing.
