ngl I worked here a WHILE ago and didn’t want to leave a bad review before bc the owner seemed sweet but I get so pissed off on occasion randomly thinking about this place so here we are. The food…FYE 🔥🔥 The staff on the other hand, a bunch of fake bullies. I had my own problems going on outside of work but they made it so much worse. I forget his name but the short one would openly talk so badly about me while I was literally standing next to him. They would treat me as if I was dumb and didn’t understand what was going on (Performance wise I GET IT bc I was really slow to learn things but that is definitely not an excuse to treat people like trash) I had morning shift with him and another girl and one time he literally sprayed me with ferbreeze behind my back. Ordered food on break and he put the name as “Onion”. (Like OKAY I GET IT I literally have IBS so it wasnt fun for either of us. I remember starving myself at times to alleviate the symptoms and would still get bullied by him)He would say hi to me every morning but I’d ignore him bc why are you talking to me as if you werent treating me terribly??? During peak hours while I was on desserts and couldn’t leave my station I asked him to go get refills to which he refused (everyone else was asking him to do things) and I had to get it myself then everyone looked at me like I was crazy for leaving !! 😭😭 I would cry every single day coming in and even during my shift. The lady with the bad teeth (YES IDC you took off your mask one time and I was gagged!! Jump scared even!! ) literally laughed in my face when I broke down crying in her office after I told her about my housing situation. At the time I was supposed to be working FULLTIME 32-40 hrs a week but they cut it SO MUCH I was only getting maybe 15-24hrs. They would throw me onto a station and not be patient with teaching me then get frustrated and make me mindlessly wipe tables over and over (At the time no one was allowed into the restaurant bc of Covid) and make me clean the bathroom and that’s literally all I did for 8hrs. Id hear other co workers complain about having to train people openly. I would come in late sometimes bc my housing situation moved me over almost an hour away. One time the lady with the bad teeth would openly shade me saying things like “If I had a job I would make sure that I was ON TIME and woke up early enough to get here” like… instead of being a mature adult you choose to shade/embarrass me instead of communicating it to me as my manager 💀💀💀 This is all I can think of for now but basically just a terrible work environment/terrible people. I hope they’ve improved since then, but I doubt it.
Edit: Another thing!! This girl that was working in the drive thru standing outside who was literally pregnant btw— I remember being on break and over hearing them talk about how she asked for a chair and they didn’t wanna give her one??!! One lady said to a manager“I was pregnant once she’s over exaggerating and doesn’t need it 🙄” LIKE ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS???...
Read moreYeah so someone should tell TJ to calm down. I ordered face to face tonight. Dude talks so fast and in that montone frat boy style you can't understand what he is saying... and two people who ordered after me had to ask him to repeat what he is saying. I also observed him speaking in a condescending tone to other members about some "sauce" and some process of when and/or where to grab it. Was so rude and sad that lack of awareness you're speaking like that in front of customers. It's chick fil A not the NY stock exchange. Calm down fella. Before I can finish my sentence, "anything else". "anything else". "anything else." No one in line in behind me at the time. I got strips. Never asked about sauces. So the normal dude who handed me my bag kindly got me sauces. Again, this kid needs to be taken down a notch. That personality in life won't get you far, or a fat lip. TJ, calm down. Was so bad an experience I was thinking of walking away but I had to consider the other person for whom I was getting the food. Was enough for me to not want to return. He was the worst employee attitude wise I've experienced at this location, by far, in a long time. And honestly if he were my employee... and I observed that, we'd have a very serious conversation. TJ, calm down!
Comment: so I'm asked to try a few bites of the food because the person I bought it for says it tastes different or funny. Bruh, this is THE worst chick fil a fries have ever tasted to me in decades. And the chicken is average at best... what did you do?? :). for me, this is a no. My friend ate her food, but was disappointed. The fries are waaaaay to crunchy and taste like cardboard rather than potato. The change they made is not good in my opinion. The chicken tastes different and in and of itself is lacking in flavor comparing to what I remember chick fil a tasting like. The breading is bland. The chicken pieces themselves are rubbery in places, not well cleaned of sinu etc. The basic sandwich was the size of a slider. ...
Read moreI go to this Chick Fil A probably twice a month to get the Market Salad. Most times its great. Fresh ingredients & nicely made. However the past few salads I've gotten have been sloppily made & quite light on ingredients. I typically do not call to report this, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they're busy or possibly short staffed. These salads are not cheap. Today I ordered my Market Salad & the Cobb Salad as well as 2 sandwiches. The Cobb Salad was sloppily made, eggs not fully cut, the market salad too was sloppily made, apples left in large uncut chunks, strawberries not their freshest, lettuce wilted & looked as though it was only filled half way with the usual ingredients. This time I called as the staff should be aware. The manager Colin was kind, professional and apologetic. I trust that they will get it to & be more aware of the quality of the products they are serving. On a positive note, the staff are always super friendly & the service is...
