Lima Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown Township

I see Slice is a common area of frustration. They'd get 0 stars from me due to similar complaints I've read on here.

I want to commend Becky from Lima Pizza for her attention to customer service when I called numerous times with my complaints. She didn't rush me off the phone, expressed genuine understanding of how I felt in the situation, and did all she could to address my concerns. I even already knew from her that the food would be at least a little late for understandable reasons. She's the only reason I'd even try them again, though the pizza was delicious as well.

5 stars for the Lima Service, but 0 stars for Sice, who doesn't get addresses correct and brings cold food 45 minutes later...

Lima Pizza holds a special space in my family’s heart. So today, it was only fitting that my grandmother and I stopped in after visiting her heart surgeon (we’ve lived in Lewes for some time now). She lived on Pennell Road most of her life, and Lima vegetarian pizzas have always been something her 84-year-old soul found comfort in. The last couple of weeks have been especially heavy as we care for her equally Lima Pizza loving aficionado 🥰, who’s taken a turn for the worst on hospice. I just got snaked on their lunch special. Was supposed to get a chicken cheesesteak with fries and a drink. When I opened it, it was a 6" chicken cheesesteak with very little meat, and a kids sized fountain drink. You guys owe me the other half of my sandwich! I wouldn't go there useless you're a small bird or a toddler who likes over paying for kid's sized lunch specials, otherwise you will leave hungry.
