Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Last week, I came to this location and ordered a medium with cream and a couple packets of sugar on the side. Only to find out that they ran out of sugar. Then, I come back a week later (today) and they still don’t have sugar. So, I had to go around the food court asking the different restaurants for sugar. Finally, when I had gotten the sugar from another place, my coffee was cold. I then, went back to Dunkin and asked one of the employees if she could warm up my coffee. She told me that she couldn’t do it because I had already drank from it. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I went through all of that trouble to buy from your establishment, and then had to drink a cold coffee because of Dunkin’s unpreparedness. You would think that if they could charge you $7 for 2 pieces of bread and a cold coffee, the least they could do is warm up your coffee. And if they couldn’t do that, they should’ve served me another one. It would’ve been the least that they could’ve done due to their unpreparedness. I went in on Friday July 5th around 6 pm to get a small iced caramel latte with cold foam. i was waiting for my coffee having a clear visual of the worker whilst making my drink and i saw her pull out whipped cream instead of cold foam and another employee informed her that i did not want whipped cream but wanted cold foam that i paid extra for. instead the worked pressed down the whipped cream and put a lid on top. when I said this is not cold foam but whipped cream she tried to gaslight me into saying this was cold foam giving me an attitude at the same time. i did not like the staff they were very rude and lying straight to my face. i won’t be back and i...

I am wditing my review based off of the experience that i had today, June 19 at 830am. I went to order food and it was going good until i showed my Tmobile Tuesday coupon and they gave me a hard time saying it was expired and seemed like he didnt want to honor the coupon. After that, i check my food and they gave me regular egg and not egg white like i asked and also were rude to my gf as well and didnt add extra caramel to her beverage.
