So I was contemplating on doing this I read most of these comments and all of them are terrible. My horrible experience at this specific location was I had 4 orders. I told the young man what I needed and all he did was huff and puff for everything trying to get a laugh out of his coworkers. I always leave my order last I asked for extra provolone and extra pepperoni Italian sub on gluten free bread. He forgot I asked for extra and his coworker said you forgot the extra provolone and while he is telling this young man he is getting red and pissed off his face was beat red. I was getting scared for myself but more for his coworkers who knows how he treats them. He cuts his coworker off and says I didn’t ask for extra provolone as he grinds his teeth and looks at me. I was literally terrified. I was so scared I wanted to cry. I left the store because I was shocked that someone is speaking to me like this. So I walked outside to get some fresh air. I walked back in and told the kid he needs to calm down. He then tries to kick me out the store and the manager comes out and is basically on his side and tells me to leave. I just paid for my food and left. I called to complain thinking I’d get the owner of this location but no I got the same manager, she didn’t want to hear what I have to say she hung up on me. These people take the job to represent this company and not even the franchise cares enough to do something. Hire me for a good price and I’ll make sure this is top tier. People should not work in customer service if they have nasty attitudes especially this store is the worst I’ve ever...
Read moreIn an effort to support small local business. I have been to this location before and have always been satisfied. Due to the current situation we placed an order for contact less delivery thru their app. I was very clear on what and how we wanted everything. (since I would not be standing in front of them to go step by step like normal) We tipped the delivery girl quite well and she deserves it. We are all being cautious these days and we appreciate the great service delivery people are doing. Two of the five subs we ordered were completely wrong so we called the store. My husband spoke with a guy who did not care that the subs were made wrong. I double checked the order and made sure I wrote everything down and I did so it was on their end the mistake was made. They wouldn´t fix the order unless we went to the store. (so no point in contact less delivery) My husband suggested that they make it again and send out a new ones and we would wait and return the old ones. Nope they wouldn´t hear of it and hung up on my husband. Disgraceful! We have a small business and would not treat our customers like that. We will now be going to Slaters for all of our subs. They are bigger and customer service is wonderful.. Jersey Mikes in Middletown treats their customers with such disrespect I hope they learn to...
Read moreThey deserve a zero after this morning's experience. I go to the North Middletown, NJ store as I often do. I ask for a breakfast sandwich and wait for it...they tell me "there is no room on the grill". Keep in mind that it's 10AM no one in the store. So clearly an on line order was more important than a customer standing right in front of them. All they had to do was say, "it will take a bit longer". Didn't even offer that. The manager who knows me by sight looks at me and doesn't say a word and let's me walk out. Terrible customer relations. Suffice it to say I will never set foot in any Jersey Mike's store. This was a situation easily avoidable, The breakfast menu is limited so they could have offered one that was cooking or ask me to wait. Seriously, the grill is full???? That's a new low for just about any retail place of business. Went to GEM'S had a better sandwich where they don't pre cook and burn the bacon and had a pleasant experience. Teach your franchise managers what customer service and...
