I wouldn't recommend it. My girlfriend and i came here after a great day of doing helicopter tours and a visit to the newport car museum that was great. here how ever was not so great. It was slow, which we assumed would be good cause it wasn't busy. Despite it being slow the waitress was very slow. When we placed our order she forgot to ring in out appetizer dispite asking use multiple questions about our appetizer. We were served our meal by the store manager who was surprised when I said we said we ordered BBQ wings for an appetizer and never got them, just to find out it was never rung in. We saw our originally waitress maybe 2 or 3 times at time at most, the 3rd time was for a box that took forever. Basically she asked us for drinks which took a very long time. we saw our drinks waiting on the bar counter for atleast 10 to 15 minutes before we actually got them. We delt with the manager probably the same amount of times as we saw our server. Even tho they messed up our order and we didn't get what we ordered, the manager didnt do anything to make it right. We paid in full for what we did receive. Despite theyre lack ability to follow thought on what we actually ordered. We were never compensated for they're messed up, even tho they messed up our order. The food was sub par and I would never, never ever recommend this place to anyone. If you want to be let down, not given what you ordered and not compensated for the mess up of the restaurant then I would highly recommend this place. Bartender waiter very polite but said company policy. Are we kidding, one tv while I eat and have a drink or two. For the record, I will be called for traveling the country and inspect Various establishments when production numbers went down. Most of the time it was individual/locally implemented policies that were not thought out and implemented due to one isolated event but we reinvented the whole thing. Most of the time the DMs didn't know? Diff problem and northern did corporate. How can a company think it ok to kick me in the teeth over a station, I was only one here. Corporate, do you know this is happening? Fix the little things the big things fix themselves. Read moreSeated right away, but where's the waitress? That was apology 1. No problem. Placed the order and I think the waitress went home because we didn't see her for 20 min. She then came by to tell us the kitchen was slow. We were able to get 2 of the 4 waters we ordered. Someone other than the waitress was sent to us with the other 2 waters. Finished our drinks and while later the appetizer and meal came to the table at the same time. Again, the waitress blamed the kitchen. Said she'd subtract the app from our order, but it was included in what we ordered, so she said she'd 'take money off' Since we were done with our drinks, she asked if my son would like another orange juice, he said yes and again waited a long time, waitress returns, but what happened to the orange juice? She forgot. I was able to get salt and pepper to the table by asking the hostess. The meal, not great, I asked for med-rare burger, it was really well done. Kids meals we're not something you would want to consume. Bill came with no subtractions..what a surprise they should mess that up to.
