Waited 15 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged and subsequently ignored then waited another 17 minutes before we were able to order so at 32 minutes we finally got to place a drink order along with our food and appetizer order. 55 minutes after being seated we finally got drinks after Elizabeth our waitress informed us she was going to see if they had any clean glasses for us. We received most of our food including the appetizers at 1hour and 10 minutes, the saving grace was that Todd delivered our food and fixed any issues with the order and proceeded to get us refills for our drinks he then also checked on us several more times after bringing the food out. During the time our food was being brought out and everything was being fixed we saw our waitress (Elizabeth) briefly once when we informed her of the issues with the order, that Todd was taking care of. We didn't see her at our table again until she brought us the check. I have to say this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a sit down restaurant. I left a very small tip and a note hopefully Todd will be compensated for helping others with their duties. The 2 stars is solely for the service given by Todd as Elizabeth literally ignored us 90% of the time we were there and when she did come to the table she projected a sense of disregard for her customers. Especially since she had 2 other tables near us a was constantly at...

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Middletown with my lady on Sunday to watch the NFL games. We arrived around 3:45 PM, just before the second set of games started at 4, and grabbed seats at the bar. It took a little while for someone to get to us, which is fine — I know it’s busy on football Sundays.
But when 4 PM came, none of the TVs had been switched over to the new set of games. I asked twice for them to be changed, and nothing happened. By the time the TVs were finally switched over, the game I came to watch was already under 10 minutes left in the first quarter — meaning I missed a solid five minutes of game action, plus all the pre-game coverage. That’s a big deal when you come specifically to watch your team play.
We ended up leaving around 4:20 because the experience was so frustrating. It just doesn’t make sense for a sports bar — especially on the very first NFL Sunday of the season — to be that unprepared. Someone should be in charge of flipping the TVs over right at kickoff.
On top of that, the bartender was eating behind the bar while making drinks, which is unsanitary. Staff should be able to take a break to eat properly, not do it while serving customers.
Overall, this was really disappointing. I came ready to enjoy my game and left frustrated. Buffalo Wild Wings markets itself as the place to watch football, but this location...
Read morePaid like $25 for a bunch of undercooked wings with really loose skin. (See photos) Threw more than half of them into the trash. It’s sad that this isn’t even an uncommon occurrence at this location. Fries are also undercooked, you think $8 for a large would be enough to make them decent. My last complaint can really be applied to BWW as a whole. The wings have so much/so many steroids in them that like 90% of them are completely deformed. Many of them don’t even look like wings. Before the owner responds with something like “Hey Andrew you can go to this website and leave feedback” don’t do it. You are the owner. Talk to the employees and prevent these bad experiences from continuously happening to everyone.
EDIT: I called and the manager seriously defended this while looking at the pictures!!!!!! He acted like it was normal for pickup orders to be “loose skinned.” I asked him if he would pay for these wings and he was silent. Tip toed his way around giving me a refund. I’ll just contact my card issuer and get my refund the hard way if y’all wanna play games. Bunch of cowards tucking their tales between their legs. Y’all never getting another dollar from me. Tell the manager we can throw hands over these wings if he wanna defend them...
