Wayback Burgers — Restaurant in Middletown

Hello-

I ordered food from the Middletown location the other day. And my family had a very unpleasant experience.

A month ago I ordered food from this same location and they forgot to put my sauces in the bag. I was upset but did not make it a big deal.

Because of this, I wanted to make sure everything was correct with my order this time because of the experience that I had previously with forgotten items.

When I picked up my food that I ordered online. I checked my bag and noticed that once again, they forgot to put my sauces in the bag. I let the workers know. One lady told me that the sauces were in the bag, that they were on the bottom. I checked the bag again and told her they were not. I told her "you lied to me". I wasn't saying this to be facetious but the fact is- she did.

I asked her for the sauces and she became vizibly upset. Her attitude was borderline rude and did not display good customer service. She gave me the sauces and I left.

The entire ride home, I thought about this experience and became upset. I thought "Maybe they are in the bag and I just did not see them." But I checked twice. I hoped that I did not offend her. Maybe I was wrong.

When I got home and took everything out the bag. She did not put the sauces in the bag. Not only that, I was missing an order of onion rings that I purchased. This made me even more upset.

This was a bad customer service experience that left me disappointed. We moved to Middletown recently and My son loves this restaurant.

This is Mr.Smith's wife...So me, my husband & aunt stops pass on our way to Atlantic City often, the food is normally good, But had a string of hair on my lettuce last time, but I decided to come again for the 4th time however today when we came the new guy with the ponytail had pet hair all over his shirt, front and back. He said something but I didn't hear exactly what he said, and he and the manager I'm assuming went to the back, when they came back I said, you still have hair all over your shirt, do you have a cat, he said no I have a dog, then Said I, I took a shower 😳 which had nothing to do with the hair on his shirt while still dealing with food, manager then says, he's new, which still has nothing to do with the hair on his shirt. Like as if they didn't even care. Please consider hair & clean shirts or uniforms for the staff, because we were not satisfied this time and threw our food in the trash . I Hope Things get...

I have been to this place a number of times and I have to say that it's an ok establishment as long as you take advantage of any coupons available. It's a little pricey for just burgers. Also, don't order the fish sandwich because it's literally a pre frozen cod fish fried with tarter sauce. Nothing amazing to write home about. For the most part use coupons or just got to red Robin. You can just get some ground beef or good chuck for the prices here and make you some amazing burgers at home. Also the impossible burgers here are not good. Go to burger King and get the impossible...it's 10 times better. Good place last minute...
