Unsure what the problem is with the employees at this location. They laugh at you through the drive thru window, they don't talk to you when you get up to the window, just have their hand out waiting for your card and then play games when handing the card back to you.
This is just the interaction, let's talk about the food here at this location. Asked for large latte with extra expresso, it was just a regular large latte, let's talk about the bacon egg and cheese - asked for it toasted with butter - the bagel was AS HARD AS A ROCK - not toasted - The cheese was cold and there was no butter added.
This location has CONSTANT PROBLEMS with their employees not willing to do what they are paid to do. If they do not want to be there, then find a new job??? Your job is to serve the client and to represent Dunkin Donut's - All that you have done is make a stain in the brand and have moved me to Starbuck, in which having a conversation about this Dunkin Location specifically that they mentioned that the employees don't care, upper management doesn't care.
This location needs desperately a corporate auditor to come in and fix the unwillingness to help and the constant discrimination to the people that just want to enjoy the Dunkin Donut's brand - this is a constant embarrassment to this establishment.
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION - go to the Cromwell one they do it right and treat you right - Go to Starbucks and spend the extra few dollars and get it right and have a better experience AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WONT REGRET IT THEY DO NOT WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND WILL TREAT...
Read moreI placed an order online, and I have been here for 30 minutes waiting for my food. When I came in, they didn't even know that I had placed an order, so nothing was started. They had difficulty making the drinks, and then they were underfilled when I got them. The pictures are what they were like upon receipt. When you charge over $6 for a drink, it should be full, not 50% whipped cream. Obviously, I haven't gotten the food yet to comment on it. I may update this if there is anything noteworthy. I know that turnover is high, but this is just crazy. Do better.
ETA: I finally got my food after 56 minutes. They didn't put my sandwich on the correct type of bread, and initially, had forgotten 2 wake-up wraps. I had gone to the counter after 40-some minutes to ask if my sandwiches were ever coming. The girl didn't even make eye contact with me and mumbled that they were almost ready. She did apologize for the wait at the end. All in all, I would have gone to an actual restaurant if I had known that I was going to wait an hour for my food. Today I stop in, it's Christmas...and they are swamped so I went in. He is screaming random words, singing annoying songs...the poor girls at the drive thru are having to cup their headsets just to hear orders. They keep giving him looks to stop but don't say anything. I get to order and I ask another girl " does he EVER shutup?!" And she answered a very defeated "NO".
