Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Middletown

Overall, great experience. Easy yet plentiful menu items to choose from. Staff was excellent and in their own vibe, while making the food. The restaurant seating is limited so I can see how that would be a problem, eventually (when they get more popular) but when we went, luckily, there was available seating.

This place has a lot of potential. The flavors are delicious and on point. Ingredients are fresh. Perfect to grab and go. Parking is free but shared with other restaurants so it's kinda tight, depending on when you're going.

If I have any complaint, it's the portion size ratio from a large to a small. I think this is one of those circumstances where you get a large thinking it's more food but its basically a small in a large container. Kinda felt jipped when to-go bowls were less than half filled. Then again, we saw them working on some at the back, that were right up to the top so I guess it depends on what you order or who makes your order. (Update: We went back at least 3 times and each time, the same dishes were different sizing and looks overall - Sauce color, toppings, etc) You just never know what you're getting BUT flavors are on point and delicious for a quick eat-and-go type establishment.

Super friendly people work there and they were extremely fast at bringing out our orders. Conveniently located in a plaza with easy access. Can use ramp and sidewalk for wheelchair accessibility and there are no steps into main door.

Will go again. Highly recommend this place...

Placed an order in person at the restaurant. Get home to find part of our order missing. Called the Middletown location where we got it from and when you hit “0” to speak with a customer service representative, the phone rings and rings until you’re disconnected. After trying this a few times, I get connected to the order placement line to speak to someone who first puts me on hold (I thought to transfer me), then when she comes back she says to call back in a few minutes for the manager and hit “0”. I explained what was happening before, and we couldn’t get through so that’s why we dialed this extension. Her only response was to come and complain in person. Help were nice but totally out of joint. Food was mediocre at best. Twice I tried the shrimp scampi and each time there was almost no trace of artichokes . I even mentioned that the last time I ordered there were no artichokes in the meal and was informed they definitely put it in this time. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. Actually half way through the order they told me they didn't have another meal I ordered ( were out of grilled chicken). It really felt like I was in the twilight zone trying to communicate.
