Frazier's kitchen — Restaurant in Middletown

Started this morning looking through reach magazine. Wife and I are always looking for new places. Let's be honest the old ones, the chains have become disappointing. So we checked the menu, prices, and reviews. Let's start with menu was a wide assortment of dishes. Price was spot on. Now the reviews most were really good, but some of you really. You gave them a bad review for not being open at 745 when it states 8 am everywhere. Come on man. So got there talked to the owner, super super nice guy. Discussed our likes and so on. Went in to order and staff was super nice, very good vibes to start. I ordered 3 random dishes. The super breakfast sandwich that came with onion rings on top. And wow amazing. Fried wings with 3 sauces on the side and again wow. And their version of taco salad and again a huge wow. So mr. Frazier threw in some potatoes and cheese side that my wife did not share. So let me say that says alot.overall your crazy if you are near middletown and dont stop to check this place out. And I will say that I drove 20 minutes home and still the food was wow. Can't wait to eat in and really get the freshness of eating it immediately. And the portions lets just say we have plenty of leftovers. Frazier's Kitchen is a welcoming, unpretentious, and family-run diner. The food is so good, I have had breakfast and dinner here and have not been disappointed. The staff is humble and kind. The French toast is a must try. Seriously, it's a must. The portions are generous, so either go hungry or be prepared to take a box home. For the record, "atmosphere" is a silly category for a diner review. You don't go to diners for atmosphere, you go for great food and great service. Went to breakfast one morning. Biscuits n gravy were awesome. Very burnt bacon, small portion of hash browns. Friend got an omelet. They brought mine 1st.
